I bought this and tried it for the first time after trying many different other sleep aids and it helped me fall asleep eventually but I was still up later than I would like to be. I wish I bought the extra strength but didn't know they had that at the time of buying these. Feel like I wasted my money. Can't even return them to buy the other ones. My suggestion is just go for the extra strength right off the bat. I know i wish I did.

These truly do help me sleep! Unfortunately, I am someone whose body will not allow them to create a routine in regards to sleep. Some days I fall asleep great, while others I can't get tired for the life of me. On those hard days, I take one of these and it definitely helps me to start drifting off. I always keep them on my nightstand just in case. I also don't mind the taste!

I was given a bottle of Sleep Blackberry Zen by my sister who nothing seems to work for. I have been taking 2 per night since, and they are really working for me. I am falling into a sound sleep, which I rarely sleep soundly, and I am sleeping later than usual on some days. If I do wake up in the middle of the night I go right back to sleep. I would highly recommend giving these gummies a try.

Worked great! Helped me to relax and fall asleep easily. Loved the gummy texture and the flavor. You don’t get a whole month in a jar though and that seemed odd. Also if I woke up at 3:00 it was still had to go back to sleep. Maybe a time release would help.

Literally spat out my extra strength melatonin tonight. I honestly thought it was spoiled. Checked the ingredient list from my last bottle, yep, changed for the worse. Why? Literally why? You have had the best product on the market for YEARS. And my entire family have been loyal customers for years, and gladly paid the higher prices for a premium product. But I cannot stomach this new flavor and texture. Just tastes like all the other cheap chemical crap out there.

I thought I would try these to “take the edge off” on nights I had to work in the morning. I’m a night owl, who works day shift. I’m a nurse, so I have to be well rested. These really work! They relax me just enough to fall asleep, because that’s where I struggle. I wake up well rested, no lingering effects from the gummy. Thank you!

I have a hard time getting to sleep, so these seemed to do the trick. I would definitely recommend these restful sleep gummies for everyone who struggles with sleep!

Love that it takes literally a half hour to work! Not a big fan of sleeping pills because of the sluggish feeling in the morning but with Olly I wake up perfectly fine and well rested. My husband gave it a go and he loves it. Due to anxiety he has the hardest time sleeping and with Olly he sleeps throughout the night. I only use 1 gummy not the recommend dose of 2. Good price for the product as well.

Personally, I’m not a fan of chewing a gummy right before bed, so that is a turn off for me. Secondly, for me, these only succeed about half the time in allowing me to fall asleep. They have never worked to keep me asleep. In fact, when I take these, I always wake in the night a few hours after having fallen asleep. I do t know if it is because the supplement has worn off, or if my body is too anxious to sleep.
