I have a lot of trouble falling and staying asleep. I’m so glad I tried these gummies because not only did I achieve a full night sleep, but I felt rested! Taking melatonin alone makes me feel exhausted in the morning but these gummy vitamins don’t have that effect at all! About an hour after I take them, I’m out like a light!

Great price point, great flavlor but I have discovered any sort of melatonin makes me wake up groggy and tired. I wanted to love this more but its just not for me. Somewhat disappointing but its very effective for what its designed to do. If you struggle and can handle melatonin give it as try.

I really liked this supplement. It did help me relax before bedtime. Not sure if it helped me stay asleep, but I'm going to try it again. The flavor is good...remember, they're not candy! Love this product as my form of melatonin! Some nights im up with stress and just can't rest. I take 2 gummies 30 mins before bed and im KNOCKED OUT. It has an interesting flavor of blackberry and mint which isn't my favorite but it doesn't make me gag and it works wonders so not a big deal. I highly recommend!!!

This is a must! What a great and EFFECTIVE product. I’ve read reviews that it didn’t work for them but honestly, it really just depends on the person. For me it does. I follow the instructions too and don’t use it daily so that whenever I actually need to fall asleep fast, this will be effective. Love this product!

I got these melatonin gummies after trying another brand and I feel that they are overpriced and this melatonin effects me differently than other melatonin that I’ve taken in the past. I find that I actually sleep worse when I take these. I don’t take melatonin every night. Will not repurchase these.

These are great! I really like the flavor of them. They are not too strong and kind of minty. They also work really well, I am always able to fall asleep much quicker when I take them and they do not make me groggy the next morning. Highly recommend.

I used to think she Zzquil because it used to be the only thing that worked. Until a friend of mine told me about these I switch because I know it’s not good to take zzquil everyday. I’m so glad I did my husband and I both take these, I always get a great sleep by taking these and we buy them all the time now! And I fall asleep within minutes I swear by these gummies. These sleep gummies are fantastic! As someone who has tried various types of sleep aids and methods, including resorting to prescription sleep aids at times, these are great! I take them as needed and find that I wake up feeling rested, unlike other brands that can leave one feeling groggy, drowsy or even drunk. They're dangerously tasty also! :-)
