We like these. They are lose dose which is very hard to fine. And as a gummy, not full of too much bad stuff. They do work and help alot. Sometimes we wake up half way through the night and can't sleep. Not aure if it's this or us just being too lazy that week.

I really enjoy these dummies! They assist in sleep and taste great! I prefer a gummy form over a pill form as I take several supplements and swallowing all the pills is hard on my throat and stomach. I appreciate that this sleep supplement uses natural ingredients and flavors.

Calms you, but I wouldn’t say it really helped me fall asleep to stay asleep. Seemed better for me to take during the day to ease my nerves or when I felt stressed or anxious… the melatonin about isn’t nearly as high as compare to other homeopathic vitamins/supplements etc, so don’t really think it’s for “sleep” for me at least.

I received these for free as a sample from pop sugar in exchange for my honest review. I have taken a lot of sleep gummies and I love the way these taste overall the taste and texture of these are the best that I have tried and I have tried a lot. I would also say they are fast acting within about 15 minutes I fell asleep and I stayed asleep through the night. With some of the other gummies I would wake up in the night or even within an hour after I fell asleep. Others would eave me feeling frogging in the morning. I think it may be the combination of things in here other than just the melatonin that works. I also did not build up a tolerance to this as I did with some of the others which is great. The other thing that I don’t like is the cost, these are a lot more expensive than the others I have used. Sometimes you can get a coupon but otherwise for long term used they are way too expensive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sleep by Olly worked fantastic! It includes melatonin, L- Theanine, and botanicals. I loved how this product was gummies, and not a pill. They tasted very good, but I wasn't a fan of the aftertaste. Taste wasn't the best but I dealt with it. This product is amazing for sleep, i take about 30 minutes before bed and it gets the job done. Great product I will be buying more.

It really works, the recommendation is 2 gummies, I would say the first couple times 2 is ok, but after that, 1 works perfect, if I take 2 for more than 3 days it starts getting hard to wake up. Now I use it when is only strictly necessary. I liked Olly gummies but if you are on a low carb diet be careful, all their gummies (I liked skin) have 3 carbs and 2 added sugars. So if you can only have 20 carbs a day and you are taking 2 different Olly gummies you are wasting 6 carbs just in supplements!

This is a must! What a great and EFFECTIVE product. I’ve read reviews that it didn’t work for them but honestly, it really just depends on the person. For me it does. I follow the instructions too and don’t use it daily so that whenever I actually need to fall asleep fast, this will be effective. Love this product!

If I don’t take this, I’m up until past midnight. As a preschool Special Education teacher, I need a restful night of sleep. I take it about half an hour before I start my bedtime routine and it’s perfect. I love the blackberry flavor and the mint isn’t strong at all!

These are a little expensive in my opinion because there’s only 25 doses, but they were really the only things that helped me sleep and stay asleep. Unfortunately now that I’ve been taking them regularly (which you are advised not to) they work a little bit less. Despite that I think they still help me a lot and they taste pretty decent to me compared to the CBD gummies I tried before this.

It tastes so good you'll need to take these before you brush your teeth. You should chew these all the way down before swallowing but they are pleasant to do so. They work pretty quick for me so I wouldn't plan to take these until you are ready to go down.
