These I use to take the fiber gummies that Olly made. (Still upset they stopped making them.) So I thought these would help and taste good since the fiber ones once did. Nope they taste terrible, I almost spit them out and so far they haven't helped me sleep.

I love these! They taste like candy. And they work super well! I dont have another brand of melatonin to compare it so, since this is my first time taking it, but it doesn't feel like an overwhelming or sluggish tiredness. It just relaxes me and promotes a well rested night of sleep. I feel like my sleep has improved a lot since taking this

Omggggg I can’t stress this enough but THIS IS AMAZING!!!!! IT ACTUALLY WORKS!! I have a very hard time sleeping, it was so bad I had to take sleeping pills to sleep if not I couldn’t I would be up most of the night, don’t get me wrong I would go to sleep and within an hour or two I was up and I couldn’t get comfortable and I would be like that all night long, and well I know that taking pills on a daily is very bad so I try taking teas and it wouldn’t work until I came across this. And let me tell you it has change my life, I take 2 every night before bed and I sleep like a baby! I wake up so fresh and full of energy. I love them! I highly recommend them.

These are my favorite sleeping aid. Adding these Melatonin gummies has been my go to for the last 2 years. My only ask would be for these to have a higher Melatonin dose. 3mg is not enough at times. These gummiesare soft ad easy to chew, good flavor too. I would keep repurchasing them!

Ok so these definitely work and help you fall asleep (and quickly) however these gave me the WORST night terrors. I will most likely never take them again due to how scary it was. I have family that takes them and don’t have the terrors so everyone is different this is just my personal experience!

I used these when transitioning from day to night shifts while working in a hospital, and they were so helpful for re-setting my sleep schedule! They also work great for changing time zones when flying/jet lag. I usually take them about an hour before I want to go to sleep. I like the gummy form, as they taste pretty good too!

KNOCKS. YOU. OUT. This stuff is amazing. I have such trouble falling asleep because I feel like my brain won’t turn off. These gummies help you fall asleep so much quicker. At first I found that I would wake up at random times in the night. But after a couple weeks of regularly taking these, I had no trouble sleeping straight through the night !!

These taste great and they leave a good taste in my mouth while I’m going to bed. I’ve been using them most days for a few years and they still seem to work great. I do suspect my sleep quality might go down a bit. But it’s an easy way to get to sleep on time.

We have been taking melatonin for years, so when I saw this at the store I was eager to give it a try. I was disappointed when I couldn’t fall asleep the first night of trying this. I thought it may just need some time to get adjusted to it, but it never did help me sleep.
