It tastes so good you'll need to take these before you brush your teeth. You should chew these all the way down before swallowing but they are pleasant to do so. They work pretty quick for me so I wouldn't plan to take these until you are ready to go down.

This goes on for the entire night. I was Exhausted each day after this.i needed something to help me sleep but not make me feel hungover the next day also. This has done its job wonders! I take this And with in thirty minutes I’m getting sleepy. The best part is i stay Asleep all night. I’m not up every ten minutes. Love the old formula, hate the new one! I bought a bag of 60 recently and they are so different than the previous ones that I just finished. The new ones do not taste or feel like a gummy. The product is amazing and my sleep is immensely improved with the product, but the taste and texture of the new ones is not appealing at all. I want my old ones back!

Used these for a long time and they worked great for while but slowly they stopped working as good after using them for so long. They have a great taste though and aren't too powerful that you feel like you can't wake up in the morning. Now I only use every once in awhile.

These gummies are great for helping me to wind down at night. They really do mellow me out! I eat them about 2 hours before bedtime, but sometimes they knock me out while I'm watching one of my favorite TV shows, lol! Well, hey they really work! They seem to also help me stay soundly asleep at night; I have problems with waking up multiple times. They taste so good that's it's hard not to eat more than the recommended serving! I'm definitely glad that I tried these. I love this brand, and their products and I recommend them if you have trouble falling or staying asleep!

I'm a dispatcher who works swing shift. In simplest terms it's 3 different shifts squeezed into 5 days. 2 overnight 2 evenings and a day shift. I have thee worst possible sleep pattern. I either can't fall asleep or when I do I I toss and turn and well yall know how that goes… needless to say. THESE GUMMIES DO WONDERS! I take one of these, get a shower then boom next thing you know sleep like a newborn!

Currently using these. They do work and I do get a restful sleep. Dont like that if for some reason I wake up I feel so groggy. When using I try to take at least an hour before bed. Reasonably priced and I love that they're a gummy and not a pill. May not be good for everyone.
