[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried different sleep aids before and this one worked pretty well. As with most of these sleep aids, they help you fall asleep and then your body takes over from there. This one does the trick to help you fall asleep but doesn't put you under like a prescription sleep aid. It tastes good and doesn't gum up your mouth like traditional gummies.

These are great gummy sleep aid!!and!!! I struggle with aleeping and these have helped change it! I take 2 before bed and after 30 mins I'm out!!! I fell so refreshed when I wake up the next day these are great flavor and great ingredients and I recommend these to anyone looking for a great sleep aid!!! 10/10

I take these nights i feel like a night hawk.. ill lay awake overthinking everything! These taste yummy and within ten minutes I usually doze off! I wake feeling refreshed and non-sluggish. My daughter takes the kids ones too and they work wonders! A little expensive but totally worth it!

Got a bottle after not using them for a while and really didn’t mind the change in formula. Yes, the texture and taste are a bit different but it’s really not that bad. I don’t understand why people are being so negative about the change, you literally chew them for 10 seconds, swallow, then have the best sleep of your life, plus no grogginess in the morning like some other sleep aids have. If the texture and taste are so bad then chase it down with a Sprite or something. I’ll continue to use these for occasional sleeplessness and would highly recommend them.

I want to start off by saying I am usually a deep sleeper, so I have not tried many sleep supplements. However, even though I stay asleep doesn't mean the sleep quality is good. With this gummy I can tell my sleep quality has dramatically improved. I wake up feeling more refreshed and focused. I don't love the flavor of these gummies, but that's most vitamins. I recommend them!

They help me get a fuller noght rest with out veing tired in the morning very happy with them I highly recommend these for anyone that has a hard time sleeping.

These have been my favorite for *years*. My newest bottle is gross. The taste is not good and they are so chewy and rather dry. I thought maybe they were old and stale; alas, the formulation has changed. This loyal customer will no longer be purchasing.

They taste surprisingly good, are a soft gummy, and don’t stick to my teeth. I’m glad it’s an easy step 30 minutes before bed and only two gummies. I have slept well enough to dream lately, not positive they are related. I’m going to keep taking them in hopes I feel well rested in time.

I used to always recommend melatonin to people when they couldn't sleep. But now I'm a little bit more hesitant. Melatonin was really effective in the beginning but over time, it stopped working, and then eventually I started having some really bizarre dreams because of it.
