These bad boys right here!!!!! I am impressed with the lack of time and effort these tasteful little "treats" take to work. If I need to take a sleep aide this is my go to. It works without you even knowing you fell asleep and my sleep was peaceful. I didn't wake up groggy or unrested. I would recommend them.

These gummies are great for helping me to wind down at night. They really do mellow me out! I eat them about 2 hours before bedtime, but sometimes they knock me out while I'm watching one of my favorite TV shows, lol! Well, hey they really work! They seem to also help me stay soundly asleep at night; I have problems with waking up multiple times. They taste so good that's it's hard not to eat more than the recommended serving! I'm definitely glad that I tried these. I love this brand, and their products and I recommend them if you have trouble falling or staying asleep!

These helped me relax but I was unable to actually fall asleep using these. My husband however does like these because they do help him with sleeping and calming his mind. I guess it depends on each person and several other factors but they're worth a try because they may help you and if anything they are relaxing and calming.

My mom bought these and let me try them! I was obsessed. Most melatonin makes me feel super groggy the next day but these didn't. They tasted great and were just the right amount of melatonin to help me sleep super great but not keep me off my game the next day!

These are great! I have used the faithfully for a few years now. I had undergone surgery and when I came home I couldn't fall asleep and these made all the difference. The only issue I have is if I don't have a full 8 hours to devote to sleep once I've taken them.

I really enjoy these dummies! They assist in sleep and taste great! I prefer a gummy form over a pill form as I take several supplements and swallowing all the pills is hard on my throat and stomach. I appreciate that this sleep supplement uses natural ingredients and flavors.
