I have struggled with insomnia for years, and I've tried normal melatonin and magnesium, but nothing has worked. One night, I was out of my melatonin, while melatonin doesn't work on me, it helps a bit. I decided to go across the street to the gas station I live by to see if they had melatonin. They didn't have melatonin, but they did have these gummies. I decided to try them. I followed the directions and took them 30 minutes before bed. I wasn't very hopeful, but much to my surprise, they completely knocked me out. I woke up a little tired but felt very well-rested. I immediately went out and bought a 120-pack. I have struggled for years to sleep, and these work wonderfully. Not only do these work wonderfully, but they taste great too. I'm always worried about the taste and texture when I try something new, but these exceeded all my expectations.

I love these because they do knock you out. It’s a 50ct so they have lasted me a long time especially since I don’t use them everyday. I like when I eat them it’s very quick and subtle for you to feel sleepy. When waking up I don’t feel groggy, I feel as if I genuinely had a good nights rest.

I take these about 30 mins before I go to bed. I fall asleep super quickly. I used to toss and turn and my mind wouldn't shut down. Now I'm out like a light. Amazing! Benadryl doesn't help me at all....these gummies are perfection. My 11 year old also uses these, with approval from our pediatrician of course. He has always had trouble sleeping due to ADD and now he is able to get a full night of rest which has helped his behavior, focus, and grades.

i liked the texture of the gummy and the flavor was pleasing. Easy to use. It would be cool to be able to buy container refills in little packs to not have to have an entire new container each month, perhaps like the travel pouches in a larger pouch.

I have been taking these the last few nights and I wake up about 2-3 hours later and can’t fall back to sleep. I also noticed more vivid and sometimes scary dreams. I will try another night or two and then move on to something else if I cannot sleep through the night.

It didnt help me at all. Unfortunately I have never been a person who gets good sleep so I have tried everything I can. But olly sleep gummies didnt seem to help me at all. Tried it for a month just to make sure.... The flavor isnt to bad... definitely wouldnt tymry it again

I really love to use these melatonin gummies when I have trouble trying to get to sleep. The blackberry flavor is not too strong at all, tastes very good and works in about 30-45 min as the packaging says. They also do not leave me tired in the morning!

There is no denying that gummy versions are usually not as effective because of all that has to be done to form the product, but Olly's melatonin gummies are surprisingly effective - and tasty! I look forward to taking it, not just for the better sleep, but as a little blackberry treat.

They help me fall asleep quickly and stay asleep. I dont wake up feeling groggy like with some products. The fact that they come in a great tasting gummy is a bonus.
