I used to always recommend melatonin to people when they couldn't sleep. But now I'm a little bit more hesitant. Melatonin was really effective in the beginning but over time, it stopped working, and then eventually I started having some really bizarre dreams because of it.

I used to have problems staying asleep but when I took these, I fell asleep and stayed asleep the whole night! These are great. It got me in the habit of sleeping through the night, and now when I don't take melatonin/sleep supplements, I can usually sleep through the whole night.

I have been taking these the last few nights and I wake up about 2-3 hours later and can’t fall back to sleep. I also noticed more vivid and sometimes scary dreams. I will try another night or two and then move on to something else if I cannot sleep through the night.

They taste like a fruit snack and I actually slept the entire night, which is not typical for me. I did not feel groggy in the morning, on the contrary-I felt fantastic and rested! I highly recommend!

They help me fall asleep quickly and stay asleep. I dont wake up feeling groggy like with some products. The fact that they come in a great tasting gummy is a bonus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sometimes you need a little help getting to sleep and Olly has the product that will have you sleeping in no time. Just chew on two a half hour or so before bed and you will be in dreamland before you know it. These little gummies have a pretty good taste and are easy to take. The only reason I didn't rate this five stars was the first night I took them they didn't work so well, I'm pretty sure it had something to do with a caffeinated drink I had earlier. The second night they worked great!

I want to start off by saying I am usually a deep sleeper, so I have not tried many sleep supplements. However, even though I stay asleep doesn't mean the sleep quality is good. With this gummy I can tell my sleep quality has dramatically improved. I wake up feeling more refreshed and focused. I don't love the flavor of these gummies, but that's most vitamins. I recommend them!

This brand works really well however the flavor is gross! I had no idea it was mixed with mint until I tried it the first time. Yuck. I choked them down but I'm glad I can buy a different brand now. The gummies are very chewy but acceptable. My only issue was the flavor....

I was excited to try these, I thought it’d help get my horrible sleep schedule back in order. I usually either take one or two hoping it would work but instead I just lay in bed wide awake. Im going to keep working with them but next time I’m gonna try extra strength, hopefully it’ll work.

I keep a bottle of these near my bed just in case I am having trouble falling asleep. 97% of the time I do not need them, but every once in a while no matter how sleepy I feel throughout the day, once I lay down I'm wide awake. That's when I will take 2 of these gummy's (1 serving) & they not only help me fall asleep but I don't feel groggy in the morning. They taste like berries with a bit of mint (the exact flavor I have is Blackberry Zen - zen is code for mint FYI & I'm not a huge fan of “zen” flavor) but these work effectively. I am one of those people who requires at least 8 hours of sleep or I'm basically useless the following day, so instead of tossing & turning the night away - I just take these and I'm asleep before I know it! I did knock off a star only because these contain gelatin.. however I will continue to take on an as needed basis.
