I have been using this supplement for about 3 years now. I get good restful sleep when I use this supplement and I noticed a difference in my sleep quality when I do not take it. I do not have bad dreams that are induced by the supplement either as I have had with some melatonin in the past. It also tastes great too.

I’m a dispatcher who works swing shift. In simplest terms it’s 3 different shifts squeezed into 5 days. 2 overnight 2 evenings and a day shift. I have thee worst possible sleep pattern. I either can’t fall asleep or when I do I I toss and turn and well yall know how that goes… needless to say. THESE GUMMIES DO WONDERS! I take one of these, get a shower then boom next thing you know sleep like a newborn!

These gummies are amazing and work wonders to help me fall asleep. These + white noise make me doze off like a baby. My only complaint is that I do not feel like they last throughout the whole night. I would wake up in the middle of the night around 3 AM, but I think it is just because I already got the sleep I needed? I'm not sure. I started going to bed later than normal so I wouldn't wake up in the middle of the night, and I've been able to sleep through the night until the morning and still wake up refreshed, so I'm wondering if I am just sleeping deeper and so don't need to sleep as long. 

This stuff knocks me out! I am able to have deep REM sleep and it’s amazing. The downside is that you can grow a tolerance to it so you have to take a few and then if it doesn’t work slowly add more or go without it for a few nights so you don’t grow a tolerance. Totally worth the price and I recommend it to anyone!

I've used this a countless number of times. I know for some people this alternative option doesn't help but it always has for me! I don't necessarily like the taste but I don't hate it either. I take 1-2 tummies per night and it helps keep me asleep. I'm super satisfied with my purchase and will buy again. 

I was so excited to try these so I could sleep. I took 2 gummies, as recommended, at about 8:30 or so, I slept pretty good until I rolled over and went into this crazy dizzy spell. I actually had to hold onto bed and thought I was going to fall off. This happened a few more two times before I had to wake up at 4:45. When I woke up I was still dizzy but continued with my normal morning routine. I went to wet my hair under the sink and almost fell over again, had to hold on. Then I began to get nauseous and throw up. I felt so sick I couldn’t go into the job that I just started 3 weeks ago. Maybe I took too many I don’t know.

I took these 30 minutes to an hour before bed and I was getting sleepy in 5-10 minutes and went to sleep fast. Without a Sleeping Aid, I don't go to sleep until minutes after laying down but with this product, it made me sleep faster then normal. I will definitely purchase these from now on.

I have tried to sleep with regular melatonin and that did not work but I use this one and also unisom together 2 each at night and I sleep better than I did if I took a prescription drug. Definitely expensive but totally worth it to not have an addiction and to sleep great and wake up feeling refreshed! I started taking the immunity one because of Covid and I don’t want to get any other sicknesses.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sometimes you need a little help getting to sleep and Olly has the product that will have you sleeping in no time. Just chew on two a half hour or so before bed and you will be in dreamland before you know it. These little gummies have a pretty good taste and are easy to take. The only reason I didn't rate this five stars was the first night I took them they didn't work so well, I'm pretty sure it had something to do with a caffeinated drink I had earlier. The second night they worked great!

I was a little bit skeptical about how well this would actually work, but I do notice an effect from it. Although the container I think says to take it about 30 minutes before falling asleep, I noticed that in my case it works a lot better if I actually take it 2 hours or so before going to sleep. It doesn't completely knock me out like a sleeping pill or anything like that, but it does have an effect in making it feel a bit easier to fall asleep faster. It also tastes delicious, and doesn't have any negative side effects that I've seen (or add any grogginess the following morning).
