I bought this and tried it for the first time after trying many different other sleep aids and it helped me fall asleep eventually but I was still up later than I would like to be. I wish I bought the extra strength but didn't know they had that at the time of buying these. Feel like I wasted my money. Can't even return them to buy the other ones. My suggestion is just go for the extra strength right off the bat. I know i wish I did.

These were very helpful when taking at night daily. I go through tough periods where I don't sleep because of my anxiety/ptsd. These definitely put me to sleep but I never woke up groggy from them. The only downside why I gave 3 stars is that they aren't all natural. So as a gummy I prefer something without sugar or fillers.

I got these and took them and for the first few nights i was nauseous but figured i may have eaten something weird so i kept taking them. last night i woke up in the middle of the night sick as frick. i guess my body hates melatonin! they do work though if your body doesn’t reject them :)

I'm sure this product works great for others but this was actually my first time trying melatonin. It didn't do anything for me at all & didn't help me sleep. My sleep issues are due to prescribed steroids. I also tried Rite Aid brand melatonin & that didn't help either so it's not olly just my body.

I have a lot of trouble falling and staying asleep. I'm so glad I tried these gummies because not only did I achieve a full night sleep, but I felt rested! Taking melatonin alone makes me feel exhausted in the morning but these gummy vitamins don't have that effect at all! About an hour after I take them, I'm out like a light!

I want to start off by saying I am usually a deep sleeper, so I have not tried many sleep supplements. However, even though I stay asleep doesn't mean the sleep quality is good. With this gummy I can tell my sleep quality has dramatically improved. I wake up feeling more refreshed and focused. I don't love the flavor of these gummies, but that's most vitamins. I recommend them!

These truly do help me sleep! Unfortunately, I am someone whose body will not allow them to create a routine in regards to sleep. Some days I fall asleep great, while others I can't get tired for the life of me. On those hard days, I take one of these and it definitely helps me to start drifting off. I always keep them on my nightstand just in case. I also don't mind the taste!

They worked fine. When having a hard time falling asleep or when I'm not sleepy I take these to help regulate my sleeping. They are easy to chew and taste grate. I would say I did have strange dreams with them. As I suppose they help you get a restful REM sleep. I did wake up feeling rested.

These gummies are amazing and work wonders to help me fall asleep. These + white noise make me doze off like a baby. My only complaint is that I do not feel like they last throughout the whole night. I would wake up in the middle of the night around 3 AM, but I think it is just because I already got the sleep I needed? I'm not sure. I started going to bed later than normal so I wouldn't wake up in the middle of the night, and I've been able to sleep through the night until the morning and still wake up refreshed, so I'm wondering if I am just sleeping deeper and so don't need to sleep as long.
