I have been taking these the last few nights and I wake up about 2-3 hours later and can’t fall back to sleep. I also noticed more vivid and sometimes scary dreams. I will try another night or two and then move on to something else if I cannot sleep through the night.

This goes on for the entire night. I was Exhausted each day after this.i needed something to help me sleep but not make me feel hungover the next day also. This has done its job wonders! I take this And with in thirty minutes I’m getting sleepy. The best part is i stay Asleep all night. I’m not up every ten minutes. Also when i wake Up i feel Refreshed and not like I’ve been out drinking all night! I would Give this a ten out of ten! Signed the not so tired mom of three, and one is a teenager!

The flavor is so yummy and relaxing.It's a good transitional gummy.To take us before you go to bed, it's not a blast of flavor but it's smooth and sophisticated.And then the melatonin kicks in, it's really good! I usually take just one to get a restful sleep. If I'm having trouble falling asleep, I take 2. They are my favorite melatonin! I take them whenever I need a deep relaxing sleep.

I took two of these as instructed on the back of the box and to be fair they did knock me out within twenty minutes however I slept for twelve hours straight right through my alarm and woke up shaky, lightheaded, and with some serious brain fog. Shakes went away after eating but I still felt tired even after an energy drink and fell back asleep for another three hours after just four hours awake. I’ve taken plenty of different melatonin supplements before and never had any problems like this, I don’t know if I was especially sensitive to one of the ingredients or what but I did not enjoy.

These are great! I have used the faithfully for a few years now. I had undergone surgery and when I came home I couldn't fall asleep and these made all the difference. The only issue I have is if I don't have a full 8 hours to devote to sleep once I've taken them.

I keep a bottle of these near my bed just in case I am having trouble falling asleep. 97% of the time I do not need them, but every once in a while no matter how sleepy I feel throughout the day, once I lay down I'm wide awake. That's when I will take 2 of these gummy's (1 serving) & they not only help me fall asleep but I don't feel groggy in the morning. They taste like berries with a bit of mint (the exact flavor I have is Blackberry Zen - zen is code for mint FYI & I'm not a huge fan of “zen” flavor) but these work effectively. I am one of those people who requires at least 8 hours of sleep or I'm basically useless the following day, so instead of tossing & turning the night away - I just take these and I'm asleep before I know it! I did knock off a star only because these contain gelatin.. however I will continue to take on an as needed basis.

These are great! I really like the flavor of them. They are not too strong and kind of minty. They also work really well, I am always able to fall asleep much quicker when I take them and they do not make me groggy the next morning. Highly recommend.

I have had a hard time sleeping for the past 2 years and haven't found anything that works specifically for me at least. I tried products that would definitely put you to sleep but I would be super groggy in the morning. With SLEEP it lets you sleep but wake up without the fog. Try it and you won't be disappointed!

I rarely use melatonin to go to bed but there are the occasional nights that it's been challenging to sleep. I've tried a handful of different melatonin's and I always wake up feeling groggy. I took this before a plane ride and was out the entire time!!! ( I never sleep on planes or in cars). I continue to take this on nights when I need it and it never disappoints. I now have everyone I know onto these. Highly recommend!
