Sometimes it worked. Sometimes it didn't. I'm sure my stress level or my caffeine intake that day affects the effectiveness of the gummies. Next time I think I would choose a non-gummy supplement to help me ease into sleep because something about chewing sugary things before getting ready for bed doesn't seem like a good idea for me.

The only thing I take for a good night's sleep. The flavor is yummy, no after taste and I wake up feeling refreshed. It does not knock you out, I do wake up in the middle of the night to go to the RR but can go right back to bed with ease. I highly recommend these.

These are really effective and great to use if you need help feeling sleepy. They taste great too! Melatonin works really quickly on me so I typically take half the recommended dosage and still feel the effects. With this you should@still practice good sleep hygiene by not using any electronic devices 1 hour prior to sleep.

These are so effective--I was shocked. I take a long time to fall asleep and can often be kept up by anxious thoughts. These gummies put me right to sleep easily within 20-30 minutes, and I usually don't have the racing thoughts. My only downside is I often wake up with heartburn or acid reflux from these. Tums help, but it's a shame since I love them otherwise!

I've tried several types of melatonin gummies and these are by far my favorite. They cost more than others but in my opinion are worth it. They have a great flavor and i always have a fantastic nights sleep when I take them. Just make sure you don't wait until right before you go to bed. Take them about 30-60 minutes before. So I tried them from a free sample and let me just say that it worked for me! As a college student, I don’t have much time to sleep except for the weekend so I used them so I wouldn’t wake up early on those days. They let me sleep for a lot of hours and I didn’t feel groggy when I woke up. I’m considering buying a jar of it now.

For a first user of supplements like these I'm very impressed. At first I was kinda nervous and or didn't think that this product would work. But as you can see I'm giving this product a 5 star to show that IT DOES! I have had problem falling asleep lately and this forsure s put you to sleep in less than 30 minutes.

They tasted very good, but I wasn't a fan of the aftertaste. Taste wasn't the best but I dealt with it. This product is amazing for sleep, i take about 30 minutes before bed and it gets the job done. Great product I will be buying more.

These are crazy strong. 10mg (2 gummies) is the recommended dose, but my husband and I typically only take half of one (2.5 mg). That gets the job done. And these aren't the best tasting melatonin gummies I've tried either. They're not gross but they're not as yummy as others I've tried.
