I'm a dispatcher who works swing shift. In simplest terms it's 3 different shifts squeezed into 5 days. 2 overnight 2 evenings and a day shift. I have thee worst possible sleep pattern. I either can't fall asleep or when I do I I toss and turn and well yall know how that goes… needless to say. THESE GUMMIES DO WONDERS! I take one of these, get a shower then boom next thing you know sleep like a newborn!

The BEST over-the-counter sleep aid on the market!! I've turned this product on to so many friends and family members, I wish Olly would sponsor me lol! I use them every night and don't plan to stop any time soon. They take about 30 minutes to 'kick in' for me and I sleep solid throughout the night. 10/10 would recommend!

I didn't get the hype for this product. It made me exhausted but didn't help me gain a good night's sleep. The flavor is great and gummies are easy to take. I would try them about 30-45 minutes before bed, and I found myself still laying there not being able to sleep. My body would be so tired, but I would still be up off and on throughout the night. Personally, I was disappointed in the product, but I also know every body is different. 

Love these. I love gummy vitamins and these are so yummy! They definitely help me feel calmer and more relaxed going to bed. They aren't always effective in making me fall asleep but sometimes they do work well, so it just depends on my night and when i take them before bed.

I take these nights i feel like a night hawk.. ill lay awake overthinking everything! These taste yummy and within ten minutes I usually doze off! I wake feeling refreshed and non-sluggish. My daughter takes the kids ones too and they work wonders! A little expensive but totally worth it!

For those nights I just need to get a consistent really deep sleep. I don't find myself waking up in the middle of the night on the nights I take these before bed. I usually take them an hour before I'm planning to go to sleep to give them time to kick in.

This has been my second time buying these vitamins. And they are great! Over quarantine I’ve had a really hard time with sleeping and this really did the trick. I get sleepy to the point where I can stay up if needed but can close my eyes and drift off when I lay down. Fast working. I swear by these.

This goes on for the entire night. I was Exhausted each day after this.i needed something to help me sleep but not make me feel hungover the next day also. This has done its job wonders! I take this And with in thirty minutes I’m getting sleepy. The best part is i stay Asleep all night. I’m not up every ten minutes. Also when i wake Up i feel Refreshed and not like I’ve been out drinking all night! I would Give this a ten out of ten! Signed the not so tired mom of three, and one is a teenager!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with the overall texture and flavor of these gummies. They have a bit of an herbal touch to the flavor but I like it. They do not make me fall asleep but they help. I rely on these on night where I am just restless and am very please with the results.

Favorite Olly product. Taste great too. I take 2 gummies but find that if I cannot get a full 7-8 hours of sleep, will take only 1. It's effective in helping me get to sleep and stay asleep but since I am a light sleeper, I am still alert to hear unusual sounds, in case of emergency, it's good to know that I will hear it!
