I used to love taking these for the longest time. They tasted and worked great. Recently, I got the “new” formula. They don’t have the same texture and flavor. ☹️ The worst part was my sleep-weird, vivid nightmares all night long. I felt as though my gummy was laced with something. Time for a new brand!

I was super skeptical when I got this (at Target I think???). It’s not that I don’t sleep, more so that I don’t sleep well or stay asleep. I figured this couldn’t hurt to try. Well. Well, well, well. I am on night 7 now and have fallen asleep in less than an hour each night and have slept through the night. All 7 nights. The best part, for me, is I don’t feel like a groggy zombie when I wake up as some OTC sleep aids/supplements had made me feel in the past. I could do without the “hint of mint” as the berry flavor is good by itself but all in all I love this gummy!!!

Okay so i have had trouble sleeping pretty much my whole life. Melatonin pills have always felt hArsh and i would sleep way too long. These tastes like little grape gummies and I always feel so rested when I wake up. I love that i don't oversleep when i take these. They work so quickly and i get such a good night sleep.

For nights when I'm either struggling to get to sleep and/or want to get quality rest, I reach for these babies! They taste pretty good (no weird aftertaste) and in 30-45 minutes I'm out like a light. What I love most is even if I have 5 hours of sleep, I feel rested as if I got a full 8. I do not experience grogginess the next day at all. I've recommended to friends and family, and they've all had success with the gummies.

I have a demanding job, which leads to a demanding sleep schedule. I wasn't often able to fall asleep when needed, to be fully rested enough to appreciate the next day. I purchased this product, and have been able to relax, and rest. The first 2 nights I ate two, as recommended. It was great! I had real dreams, and quality sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have trying all kinds of Sleeping Aids to try to get me to go to sleep and none of them worked until I received this product. I took these 30 minutes to an hour before bed and I was getting sleepy in 5-10 minutes and went to sleep fast. Without a Sleeping Aid, I don't go to sleep until minutes after laying down but with this product, it made me sleep faster then normal. I will definitely purchase these from now on.

These are super great but they are very expensive. The packaging is really nice too but it seems like a lot of unnecessary plastic. Although people do really like aesthetically pleasing things so it does work in that instance. They do a great job of getting me to sleep and they taste good.

Went to Italy last summer and took a travel pack with me. It actually came in handy as our time changed 8 hours ahead. Rookie mistake of falling asleep when we arrived in Venice during the morning so by night time we were wide awake took 2 of these and knocked out. Although I do find these relax me and put me to sleep, sometimes I feel like I wake up more tried/ the sleep wasn't deep. I wouldn't recommend you to use these every night but for every once in a while they do the job.

I used these when transitioning from day to night shifts while working in a hospital, and they were so helpful for re-setting my sleep schedule! They also work great for changing time zones when flying/jet lag. I usually take them about an hour before I want to go to sleep. I like the gummy form, as they taste pretty good too!

I always look for products to help me with sleep and what better than a gummy one so it can taste good at the same time and I can look forward to taking it? These taste great. I am a bad insomniac so they don't always do the trick but they definitely help!
