If you're having a hard time falling and staying asleep, you need these! I don't necessarily need them but the times I have taken them, I noticed a difference in my sleep. My husband struggles with falling asleep so he takes them every single night and wakes up feeling restful.

I initially purchase this to try and see if they helped me fall asleep faster and get a better quality of sleep after a full jar I realized they did nothing for me. The flavor was ok, price is ok as well, kinda the same price range of other similar supplements unfortunately this didn't do much for me so I never repurchased it.

I use these ALL the time lol. Sometimes I can't sleep no matter what and I'll take two of these and be out in minutes. I like the taste even though they are a little bitter and have an odd after taste but that doesn't bother me at all. These are the only sleep gummies that help me sleep. I get amazing sleep with these. I have heard they can give you weird dreams or nightmares so be mindful of that but I haven't had that happen. I highly recommend!!!

This brand works really well however the flavor is gross! I had no idea it was mixed with mint until I tried it the first time. Yuck. I choked them down but I'm glad I can buy a different brand now. The gummies are very chewy but acceptable. My only issue was the flavor....

I always look for products to help me with sleep and what better than a gummy one so it can taste good at the same time and I can look forward to taking it? These taste great. I am a bad insomniac so they don't always do the trick but they definitely help!

These gummies, their taste is delicious, is like indulging yourself before going to sleep. They are formulated with excellent ingredients that help us relax and enjoy a pleasant sleep. I love these! They taste like candy. And they work super well! I dont have another brand of melatonin to compare it so, since this is my first time taking it, but it doesn't feel like an overwhelming or sluggish tiredness. I used these when transitioning from day to night shifts while working in a hospital, and they were so helpful for re-setting my sleep schedule! They also work great for changing time zones when flying/jet lag. I usually take them about an hour before I want to go to sleep. I like the gummy form, as they taste pretty good too!
