Sometimes it worked. Sometimes it didn't. I'm sure my stress level or my caffeine intake that day affects the effectiveness of the gummies. Next time I think I would choose a non-gummy supplement to help me ease into sleep because something about chewing sugary things before getting ready for bed doesn't seem like a good idea for me.

I didn't love these. I didn't think they worked for me, and I couldn't stand the flavor of the gummy. I thought they were really overpowering and had a chemically aftertaste which I'm sure was just the vitamin, but I couldn't get the taste out of my mouth.

Olly sleep is ok. Does it work yes? Yes…. For a while. My reason for the 3 stars is due because it has completely stopped working for me and gives you these weird bad dreams. Ive been having a hard time telling my brain to shut up and go to sleep for the past year. When i first started taking the gummy's within 20 minutes it would be lights out for me. So it was great! But boy let me tell you, would i wake up extremely tired as if i was out partying the night before. Id wake up so tired that my eyes and face would show it. I also want to mention my teen daughter also takes these gummy's. Its her first time taking something to help her sleep and she as well gets nightmares with these things to where she tossed the bottle out and refuses to take anything to help her sleep as she's afraid of having nightmares. After being on my third bottle of these gummy's it has completely done nothing for me but give me nightmares every time i take them. I have now stopped taking them and am looking for something that will work without giving me nightmares.

Not my favorite sleep supplement. They help, but at the price per use, they're pretty steep. Plus they're quite light so if I was having a particularly hard night falling asleep I'd find myself waking up around 3, which I don't experience with other gummies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had trouble with quickly going to sleep and staying asleep for several years .I have tried many natural or OTC products and even prescriptions.None worked well. I was impressed with how well Olly products work in the past,but did not know about Olly's Restful sleep before now. Boy am I super impressed .I took them about 30 mins or so ,before going to bed and was asleep very quickly .Most importantly I stayed asleep all night. The first time in many months .On awaking the next morning I was alert and really for the day. No "brain fog " or grogginess at all .I can not say enough about how great Olly's Restful Sleep works, Recommending it to all my family and friends with sleep problems. ,

These melatonin gummies are fantastic. I take one before bed or two if I want to really sleep hard. I always wake up the next morning feeling refreshed and well-rested. However-- I feel like all melatonin works the same, and these are often more expensive than similar products that do the same job. These taste great and the packaging is cute, so the slightly higher price is worth it to me!

These seem to be helping me fall asleep and stay asleep.  Really happy with the flavor.  They are so easy to take.  Not like swallowing a giant horse pill.  I have noticed a difference in my sleep patterns since I started taking these.  Really happy so far with the results.

I really enjoy these dummies! They assist in sleep and taste great! I prefer a gummy form over a pill form as I take several supplements and swallowing all the pills is hard on my throat and stomach. I appreciate that this sleep supplement uses natural ingredients and flavors.

These are crazy strong. 10mg (2 gummies) is the recommended dose, but my husband and I typically only take half of one (2.5 mg). That gets the job done. And these aren't the best tasting melatonin gummies I've tried either. They're not gross but they're not as yummy as others I've tried.

There is no denying that gummy versions are usually not as effective because of all that has to be done to form the product, but Olly's melatonin gummies are surprisingly effective - and tasty! I look forward to taking it, not just for the better sleep, but as a little blackberry treat.
