This product contains 3mg of melatonin, a dose that has been shown to be effective in promoting sleep in many scientific studies. Individual responses to any supplement can vary, and some people find they benefit from a lower dose of melatonin while others benefit from a higher one. We make a variety of sleep aids, so perhaps OLLY Extra Strength Sleep would better meet your needs as it contains 5mg of melatonin per serving. There is also OLLY Ultra Strength Sleep Softgels that deliver 10mg of melatonin per serving. I’ve had trouble staying asleep all night for the past couple of years. Olly works wonders! I don’t know how the magic combination of ingredients works so well but I’m glad it does. I’ve tried several other sleep aids and nothing compares to Olly. When I wake up in the morning I feel like I’ve had a really sound sleep. No more waking up and tossing and turning all night.
