You need to put a warning on your containers that contain L-Theanine. That supplement can interfere with prescription meds to control blood pressure. I had a very nasty experience after taking the recommended dosage of your sleep aid.

They do work well but I didn't know how to use them. My doctor told me to take them a 3 to 4 hours before bed. This explains why they seemed to just make me tired all day and didn't help me get to sleep on time.

I tend to build up a tolerance to any sleep supplement. This one included. The one that works best for me and without fail works every night is the active immunity and sleep.

These are fairly tasty and I believe they help me fall asleep faster. I am still searching for something that will keep me asleep longer than 2.5 hours.

I am able to relax and fall asleep within 30 minutes of taking my gummies. I use the Extra Strength gummies and am able to take anywhere from 2 to 4 gummies dependent on how much I need to fall asleep, 5 to 10 mg.
