Love that it takes literally a half hour to work! Not a big fan of sleeping pills because of the sluggish feeling in the morning but with Olly I wake up perfectly fine and well rested. My husband gave it a go and he loves it. Due to anxiety he has the hardest time sleeping and with Olly he sleeps throughout the night. I only use 1 gummy not the recommend dose of 2. Good price for the product as well.

I really enjoy the taste of these supplements and they do seem to help me sleep better through the night when I need to take them. The price for what you get, like most of the Olly supplements, though is a bit unfortunate and the one downfall to purchasing these.

If you're having a hard time falling and staying asleep, you need these! I don't necessarily need them but the times I have taken them, I noticed a difference in my sleep. My husband struggles with falling asleep so he takes them every single night and wakes up feeling restful.

I was super skeptical when I got this (at Target I think???). It’s not that I don’t sleep, more so that I don’t sleep well or stay asleep. I figured this couldn’t hurt to try. Well. Well, well, well. I am on night 7 now and have fallen asleep in less than an hour each night and have slept through the night. All 7 nights. The best part, for me, is I don’t feel like a groggy zombie when I wake up as some OTC sleep aids/supplements had made me feel in the past. I could do without the “hint of mint” as the berry flavor is good by itself but all in all I love this gummy!!!

This is a must! What a great and EFFECTIVE product. I've read reviews that it didn't work for them but honestly, it really just depends on the person. For me it does. I follow the instructions too and don't use it daily so that whenever I actually need to fall asleep fast, this will be effective. Love this product!

I buy the 3mg dosage in the Blackberry Zen flavor. The taste is far beyond compare to other brands of melatonin. I love that it's a chewable gummy. I take two about an hour before I want to go to sleep and around that hour mark I definitely feel it take till as I start to get drowsy! This is a bit pricier than other melatonin but I think it is well worth it for the effectiveness and pleasant taste.

Went to Italy last summer and took a travel pack with me. It actually came in handy as our time changed 8 hours ahead. Rookie mistake of falling asleep when we arrived in Venice during the morning so by night time we were wide awake took 2 of these and knocked out. Although I do find these relax me and put me to sleep, sometimes I feel like I wake up more tried/ the sleep wasn't deep. I wouldn't recommend you to use these every night but for every once in a while they do the job.

I used these when transitioning from day to night shifts while working in a hospital, and they were so helpful for re-setting my sleep schedule! They also work great for changing time zones when flying/jet lag. I usually take them about an hour before I want to go to sleep. I like the gummy form, as they taste pretty good too!

I was given a bottle of Sleep Blackberry Zen by my sister who nothing seems to work for. I have been taking 2 per night since, and they are really working for me. I am falling into a sound sleep, which I rarely sleep soundly, and I am sleeping later than usual on some days. If I do wake up in the middle of the night I go right back to sleep. I would highly recommend giving these gummies a try.

This has been my second time buying these vitamins. And they are great! Over quarantine I’ve had a really hard time with sleeping and this really did the trick. I get sleepy to the point where I can stay up if needed but can close my eyes and drift off when I lay down. Fast working. I swear by these.
