Every now and then, I'll use melatonin to help me fall asleep. This has a decent amount in it, but it's enough to help. I usually take it an hour before I go to sleep. The only problem I have which I won't take a star off for is that I can't use it more than 3 days in a row without affecting my sleep.

I'm very pleased with this natural sleep aid. I've tried other well known expensive capsules which contain these same supplements and herbs but due to a severe pill swallowing phobia I end up breaking the capsule open into my mouth and the awful taste of the herbs make me nauseous for hours. These gummies don't taste as good as actual gummy candies but the flavor isn't bad at all. I find that I can sleep through the night (7-9 hrs) with these as opposed to 4-6 hrs if I don't. I took off one star because even though it only has 2 grams of sugar per serving, I wish they would have used stevia or a natural sweetener that wouldn't spike my blood sugar so close to bed time.

Honestly it does what it's supposed to do. I take one about 30-45 mins before I'm ready to go to bed and by the time I get in the bed and relax I drifting off. It is a little costly in most store I find it in though for the amount thats put in the bottle.

For melatonin, I'd say this is a pretty decent product. They have a really good taste. Personally after trying these, I prefer a pill form of melatonin. I usually take it once I lay down for the evening. I don't want to chew a gummy right before bed after I've brushed my teeth. It's a good product, just not right for me.

These gummies taste great and are really helpful for those nights that you need a little more relaxation for high quality sleep. I always wake more rested if I took these the night before. While these are an added expense, it's worth a try if you've been battling some restless nights.
