[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with the overall texture and flavor of these gummies. They have a bit of an herbal touch to the flavor but I like it. They do not make me fall asleep but they help. I rely on these on night where I am just restless and am very please with the results.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These gummies tastes great which is not what we expect from this. They work like a charm to get me sound asleep. It tastes so good you'll need to take these before you brush your teeth. You should chew these all the way down before swallowing but they are pleasant to do so. They work pretty quick for me so I wouldn't plan to take these until you are ready to go down.

I have taken these before, but stopped for a while because I ran out. Last night I took them, and I had the weirdest night of sleep. I have never snored, and I stored for almost 6 hours, I had various vivid dreams, and i woke up in the middle of the night hysterically laughing. Don’t get me wrong, they do help me fall asleep.

Bought this yesterday and tried last night and did nothing. Took 2 gummies 1 hour before bed and took another hour to put me to sleep. Slept about 2 hours then was up wide awake rest of night. Very Disappointed with this product and not going to take again. Feeling very flushed today and head seems very hot. Do not buy this overrated product

These gummies are super yummy and I love to think they are really helping me but they didn't help me fall asleep at all. That being said, it takes a lot to get me to fall asleep. My fiancé felt a little differently and thought they did help him so its really something each person needs try on their own. 

I just stated to take melatonin since I gone back to the overnight shift, with trying to sleep during the day it was hard to fall asleep. I tried Zzzquil for a month and no problem but talking to friends who stated zzzquil causes them to sleep walk I switched to this. Since switching I sleep more restful, not waking up every hour or so. I don’t feel as groggy when i do wake up. takes about 15-20 mins for me to feel the effects of the melatonin kicking in.

Flavor takes time to get used to but it is good. They work really well, sometimes I only take one and that seems to be sufficient. I don't feel groggy the next day and I sleep much more soundly than without them. They are my go to melatonin supplement.

We have been taking melatonin for years, so when I saw this at the store I was eager to give it a try. I was disappointed when I couldn't fall asleep the first night of trying this. I thought it may just need some time to get adjusted to it, but it never did help me sleep.

Favorite Olly product. Taste great too. I take 2 gummies but find that if I cannot get a full 7-8 hours of sleep, will take only 1. It's effective in helping me get to sleep and stay asleep but since I am a light sleeper, I am still alert to hear unusual sounds, in case of emergency, it's good to know that I will hear it!
