I take these when I know I need to get good night of sleep. It knocks me out in less than 45 minutes.

I've always had trouble sleeping and staying asleep longer than 2 hours. Once I started taking these I fall asleep much faster and longer stretches.

Great flavor but it didn't make me drowsy enough to fall asleep easily. Sleepy time tea has helped me more than these gummies.
