Expensive and did not help me sleep they may have made me feel slightly more mellow but that about it can't say I slept great after taking

These are just OK. They did help me to fall asleep but they did not help me to get a good nights sleep.

Didn't feel any difference:( these tastes good though Perhaps the melatonin doze in these is just too small to make a difference

Not only do I fall asleep faster, but I stay asleep! When they say "take it within 30 minutes of bedtime", they mean it!

These are so easy to take (and taste delicious). They work quickly and great to have on-hand when I feel I need extra help falling asleep quickly.

Overall helped me get to sleep. But occasionally still woke up a couple times throughout the night.
