Didn't work for this household. Will admit they're not bad tasting but if it doesn't work, I may as well just eat some gummy bears.

Seems to work but it also gives me really weird dreams most of the time. Tastes fine and I like that it's a gummy. 

I tried to like these sleep gummys but they taste terrible . They did help a little but I can't get over the lingering after taste .

Yummy taste and effective to help you fall asleep. However, it did not help me stay asleep. That being said, they work EXCELLENT for my kids

I take these when I know I need to get good night of sleep. It knocks me out in less than 45 minutes.
