Some of these past reviews are ridiculous and the writers clearly do not know how to use stainless steel cookware. My Viking products are extremely durable and well made with a good heavy weight. With the right temperature and correct oil they are completely non stick. If the world ends I am taking my cookware with me.

This is the best cookware I've ever owned. I'm surprised at the complaints I've seen about it sticking or scratching or changing colors. I bought this set to actually cook with - not look pretty, but it's managing to do both wonderfull. I've had it for 2 months now and we cook all the time with them. They are still beautiful! They heat evenly (as long as your burner is evenly heated), they have not warped at all, and they clean up well. I put them in the dishwasher sometimes and handwash other times. They won't stick if you know how to cook with stainless steel. Watch some videos on it - the key is to get the pot/pan hot enough before you put the food in it. Made eggs this morning with no sticking.

Food cooks evenly because of this. Just make sure you use on low to medium heat to protect your pans, preheat to avoid sticking, and oil lightly. I particularly loved having the steam pot included, so very helpful. Pots and pans are also smooth on the bottom. This is well appreciated because it is easier to wash. To clean the inside, I soak them in hot soapy water, and it cleans perfectly well. The lids are thick glass and have steam release, which is also awesome. This set is definitely the type that will last you more than a decade. The packaging was exceptionally perfect. Each pot, pan, and lid were individually wrapped and protected with cardboard so that one pan does not hit the other during shipping. My family is currently transitioning to stainless steel and cast iron for more clean cooking, so this beautiful set came just in time. I am so greatful for owning a set like this and let me say, it is wonderful!

Arrived in thousand pieces. Some glass lids were broken inside the box. I opened the outer box, tiny glass pieces spilled all over. I did not want to injury myself, no further investigation. If the lid can be broken that easily, I would not want a replacement. A few hundreds are on hold for a few weeks before the refund arrives. Frustrating.
