Setup was quick and very easy. I love the quality of the video and nighttime color view.

Did not work. I called the Help Desk and was told this devise won't work with so called digital or electronic doorbells

This is an excellent video doorbell. Great video quality during the day and night and great integration with SimpliSafe system.

It is probably a good product but the monthly fees for using the cloud were too much for me. I returned it.

This whole simplesafe system is great. Leaves us feel very safe and secure and is super easy to install and very affordable.

Very easy to install. I had to add booster Mesh WIFI to get it to operate. If the signal from your WIFI modem is weak it will not work correctly and it takes a pretty strong signal. Much more than the WIFI Camera used inside the home or lanai.

Does a great job of detecting human activity and recording the activity. Uses existing doorbell wiring and works great as a doorbell. We have one installed on 2 doors.

Installed SimpliSafe Video Doorbell with my Westminster Chime Doorbell Ststem. It didn’t work so I called SimpliSafe and was told by the technician that the wires were not screwed in tightly - they were. I purchased a second, identical Video Doorbell and got the same result. I returned BOTH units. Big waste of time!

Anytime a person comes to the door, I am notified. If they ring the bell, I know that too. It has the ability to distinguish between human & animal shapes, so I am not bothered every time a cat walks by. (I know someone with another popular video doorbell system, and it goes off all the time due to animals. The video here is great. I would have given 5 stars, but the audio is so-so. When I have talked to people, we tend to have to repeat ourselves a lot. I am not sure if it comes from talking at the same time or what. A little like talking on a walkie talkie. Still I am thrilled with the product and recommend it to anyone.

Works great. Now, I can see who is at my door day or night, as well as communicate with them. I was at an appointment when a package was delivered, my video doorbell alerted me to the delivery. The video is of great quality, and works at night as well. It helps me see the area in front of my house and my neighbor's house. I would highly recommend Simplisafe to anyone who wants added protection at a good price.
