Did not work. I called the Help Desk and was told this devise won't work with so called digital or electronic doorbells

This is an excellent video doorbell. Great video quality during the day and night and great integration with SimpliSafe system.

It is probably a good product but the monthly fees for using the cloud were too much for me. I returned it.

This whole simplesafe system is great. Leaves us feel very safe and secure and is super easy to install and very affordable.

Does a great job of detecting human activity and recording the activity. Uses existing doorbell wiring and works great as a doorbell. We have one installed on 2 doors.

Very easy to install. I had to add booster Mesh WIFI to get it to operate. If the signal from your WIFI modem is weak it will not work correctly and it takes a pretty strong signal. Much more than the WIFI Camera used inside the home or lanai.

I purchased two & one of the SimpliSafe Safe video doorbell pro’s arrive to me damaged. I didn’t realize until the electrician begin the installation because I needed hard wires installed first in my home. now I’m left with the burden to return the damaged one and find one somewhere else.because of course they’re out of stock now @ Sam’s club.P.S the one unit works just fine so far.

This was so simple to install I didn’t have to ask my husband for assistance. We have solid copper wiring so getting the copper around the the screw connections was the most difficult. After turning the power back on it took a few minutes until the bell would ring properly again which momentarily had me doubting my instillation abilities. Setup was easy and the app works great.
