The product is great, picture is awesome for what you are paying. Easy to install (15-20 min). However, if you have multiple simplisafe cameras you will need approximately 10Mbps of upload speed per camera to have the "talk back" function engaged on multiple cameras. I have 10Mbps so i had to turn the talk back function off, in settings (simple to do), for all the cameras except the front door bell camera. After that it works great, crystal clear conversation. Well worth the money.

Easy to install. Easy to set up Wi-Fi. I can see and talk to the person at my door. The panoramic view includes a large area with clear video. The old 1962 wired door bell works great. I have two of the SimpliSafe Pro Wi-Fi video door bells. (The SimpliSafe Pro Wi-Fi Video wired door bell will not work with existing wireless doorbells. It requires a 9-18 volt a/c transformer)

The camera is sharp in the daytime but is much worse at night. With the motion sensitivity set to medium, you don't get much warning that someone is approaching, about 12' or so. With the sensitivity turned to maximum, you get multiple alarms with nothing moving.

Ordered camera from Sam's club it was on sale at a great price. FedEx missed delivered the first camera. Yeah, FedEx! Called into customer service and told them the issue. They immediately, shipped me another camera, but this time they used U.S.P.S. and it was delivered with no issues. Unfortunately, the camera requires a preexisting doorbell wire which my house doesn't have. I wrote simplisafe tech support to ask if it worked on batteries before I ordered and was told that it would work on batteries. It doesn't so I had to return it. In the mean time the first doorbell camera that was missed delivered to a neighbor that had been out of town for a week was brought it over to me. No problem I was able to take them to a Sam's club with my paperwork and got it removed from my credit card. Had a little issue trying to return them, because they kept trying to refund me for both camera's. Finally, got it worked out. Very happy with order and customer service. Won't hesitate to order online from Sam's club again in the future. When I called Simplisafe to verify that the doorbell camera needed a hard wire to work, they gave me a free month of monitoring for the trouble. Very pleased with Simplisafe too.
