We bought this and we love it!!! It was not very expensive and It was super easy to install and it works great

Resetting should not require unscrewing the bell. Getting the right sensitivity to avoid either false or missed notifications too difficult

SimpliSafe doesn't have adapters for newer houses(like 1980s). They don't offer adapter kits for electrical boxes or angle kits for off setting the camera if you have a walk way.

It was very easy to install and it is much better than the old doorbell camera we had. Clear picture and fast response. Excellent price and my doorbell works now. We are very pleased.

The SimpliSafe Doorbell Camera was easy to install and works great. An added benefit that wasn’t expected is I know who has been driving over my lawn and damaging my irrigation while making U Turns.

The SimpliSafe Video Doorbell works very well. Installation was pretty easy. When the doorbell sees any motion, it sends a notification within a couple of seconds. It works much better than other brands I have tried.

Extremely easy to install! The picture/video is crystal clear. The only problem we have is the location of the original doorbell… but that’s the house, not the product.

It is a small device which is a good point. While, this doorbell camera does not send picture notification. Only text. If you need to review what happened, the $10/month subcription is needed. The Ring doorbell has only $3 subscription. I am thinking about replacing it.

Takes some basic DIY skills to install and a wired doorbell is required as well to make this doorbell work. The camera works great but requires a strong WIFI seems to me to be close to flawless. Since I'm still a dumb phone guy, by choice, I purchased a 8" Samsung Tab A from Sam's that let me download Simpli's app and can view that camera along w/my other cams while away or at home.
