We love this doorbell. It's motion activated, and sends video to my cell phone. I can speak through the built in speaker. The color camera displays good, recorded viseo of the person coming to ring tthe bell.

DO NOT PURCHASE! CONSTANTLY OFFLINE EVEN THOUGH WE ADDED A WIFI EXTENDER JUST FOR THIS. SHOWS STRONG CONNECTION BUT STILL DOES NOT WORK HALF THE TIME

Bought this to go with our alarm. Great image and you can’t beat the monthly monitoring cost with unlimited recording. Not sure how that works without the alarm.

After moving my flag which was located on the porch it works great. It was sending me alerts when the wind blew to the flag in front of the entry way.

I thought this was the only piece of equipment needed for security but apparently you need something else. I wish that was more explanatory on the package. Returned it.

Easy installation if you are handy at home. Wiring can be little tough with newer construction homes as the gauge wire is bigger than what fits easily into slots. Picks up good image and you can set the zones for movement pickup and sensitivity

I bought this to replace in older SimpliSafe doorbell that had foggy glass (view). The view in this is perfect. Buying it from WalMart was aHUGE savings for me…thank you, WalMart. I was concerned that this was about 2/3 the price of the same product on Amazon - I can’t figure out why. This is a brand new item, not refurbished.

First, it was not useful to me because I have an older home that does not have a hard wired doorbell. This is mounted using existing wiring so this is of no use to me. Secondly it is not an actual doorbell. From researching this further, it does not ring inside your house, it contacts you smart phone so you can see who it there. One reviewer that I read mentioned that his friends would have to knock on the door since the man was not near his phone to receive the alert.

It does not work along with the door bell chime connector. We have tried everything. I am considering returning for a full refund.

Brought one didn’t work, replaced it with a second one and still didn’t work. The help desk was not able to correct the problem.
