At first couldn't get it to connect to WiFi, brought it inside, connected, the put it back on the door.if you change WiFi password, you may have to delete it from account and add back with new password

Video quality isn't great. Super intermittent recording, can't access old videos, picks up 5 seconds too late. Very frustrating, I have loved Simplisafe but this is not their best product in any regard.

I have SimpliSafe Safe for home protection but did not have their doorbell camera. I got a great price and the camera and so pleased to have even more security.

I bought this item when it was on sale for about 60 $70 really good deal right I'm taking home it's not working It's like fried I don't know but I take it back to Sam's club and they tell me that no they do not have anymore even though it says they have three in stock on their computer and that it's on stock when I look online they can't find it so I can't get a replacement I asked them well can I return this one and you ship me a new one they say no I have to call SimpliSafe that's how I have to handle that or I can just return it and buy a new one? what? I need to return the one I paid half price for to buy a new one from you online or from SimpliSafe for double the cost? not only am I paying for a membership but I'm paying for a plus membership why am I paying for this plus membership if I'm not being treated like a plus member?

About a month after the install it stopped working. When I power it down and restart it it will start working again for a few hours.
