[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This SimpliSafe Pro WiFi Video Doorbell works incredibly well! I absolutely love being able to see who is around my house. It makes me and my family feel a lot safer with having this. Now I do want to mention, make sure you have a doorbell, or this will not work as it will need to be installed. It was very easy to install, and set up. Installation only took about 5 minutes, and then downloading the app, which was also easy to work. The instructions were very clear, and easy to understand. They give you step by step of how to install this. The installation was very simple to do, just unhook the two wires from the old one, and connect to this one. This also comes with two different color face plates to change it out. Onto some of the features that I really liked with this. Not only does this work in the day time, it also works at night too! The night vision on this is just terrific! One of the best night vision cameras I've owned. It will alert you when someone is at your door, even if they don't ring the bell. This has a wide field of view so you can see more. I was blown away at how much you can actually see with this! Now onto the app part. It was very easy to set up through the app. The instructions were step by step, and easy to understand. You have to scan a QR code from your phone to the camera. That process was also fairly easy, took roughly 30 seconds of moving the phone around for it to get the code. Just stay back about a foot for it to be able to scan. Once that was done it was ready to use. Another thing I want to mention with this is, you can have this on multiple devices. Once it's set up on one device, you don't have to set it up on another, just login and it pulls right up. I set it up on my phone, and my wife logged into it from hers after, and everything was there and ready to go! On the app you can go in and watch everything live on video, and it's crystal clear! Also, the voice quality on this is nice and clear too! This allows you to talk to whoever is outside as well from the app. Lastly, I like that I get notified if someone is, or was around my house, or if they ring the bell. I will get an alert that comes through my phone, as well as other devices that are connected. You can also pull the app up to see every time someone was around that area, or when the door bell was pressed, and the time of all events. Overall, this is one excellent quality video doorbell camera. If you're looking into getting one that's easy to set up and use, with one of the best picture and live video qualities I've seen, then this is most definitely the one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hooked up this camera outside of my apartment and was really excited because our complex doesn't allow us to put up hardware. I'm not sure however if it's our apartment or what as it's right outside the door, not 15 feet from our (gaming) router and it still has difficulty maintaining a WiFi connection. Works wonderfully when it's working.

Not only can I see who is at my door, I can speak to them so I don't have to open my door to a stranger. I like to say thank you to the delivery men as well, sometimes it startles them but I usually get a good chuckle out of them. The doorbell was simple to install and the video quality is excellent.

Thin and not big which fits everywhere. Also the app is very easy to set up and use. It comes with 3 faceplate colors: cloud, jade & obsidian. Also this amazing video doorbell ignore all the distractions and focus on people. Some features of this camera are 2 way audio, 1080p HD, 162 degree view, among others. This camera is just great. Very easy to install and use. Highly recommended.

The instructions are easy to follow it took maybe 7-10 minutes to get the video doorbell installed. I love how it comes with three different colored face plates that would match anyone's style. The audio and video quality is great also. It's very sleak looking and put together well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Setup was a little more involved than I thought but was pretty simple. The hardest part was getting the wi-fi setup. My router is a floor lower and across the house from the door this is at so I had to move it up a bit higher to get a better signal. After that it was a breeze. Video is clear and the motion detection doesn't seem to be overly sensitive. On windy days it might go off but generally it only does when someone walks on my porch, which I really like. No more worrying about stolen packages anymore!

The picture is very clear and the video aspect of it flows smoothly. The sound takes a second to kick in but it also picks up well. I have gotten this doorbell to monitor my packages. I like that it has an app to control my device.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t realize that this doorbell has to be wired. So if you don’t have a previously ran doorbell line you will need one or an adapter. The video quality is really good.

Need 20vac to power the video doorbell, same as the legacy doorbell. I wanted the video feature snd that works fine, but my legacy chimes quit working and I need to figure how to get some sound in the house. Overall works fine and video is good.
