Doesn't down load to our smart phone.will be returning it

I installed and the door bell only buzzes. They sent me a capacitor to install which it still doesn't work

Thin and not big which fits everywhere. Also the app is very easy to set up and use. It comes with 3 faceplate colors: cloud, jade & obsidian. Also this amazing video doorbell ignore all the distractions and focus on people. Some features of this camera are 2 way audio, 1080p HD, 162 degree view, among others. This camera is just great. Very easy to install and use. Highly recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time to use any sort of home surveillance and we were going to go with Ring but decided to give this a go. So far, we love it. The view is insane, I can see a lot more than I figured I would for being a doorbell cam. I was hoping there would be a way to set up the door camera even without a doorbell, but that’s not possible. The installation was quite easy. The customer service was helpful and the app is intuitive as it walks you through the setup. Recently ordered another camera for this company, for indoor use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The SimpliSafe Pro Smart Video Doorbell was smaller than expected. Hardware installation took about 10 minutes, downloading their app and setting up via the app took about another 20 minutes. After you complete the hardware installation, turn power to the circuit back on. After you download the mobile app and create an account, you utilize the mobile app to setup your door bell. The setup process was fairly easy, scanning for WiFi access and displaying available networks, all pretty standard. Overall works for what I need it to do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to love this, I do love this but it's missing some key thing I was hoping for. First things I love. It was simpler then I was expecting to set up and Install which was great. It contacted easily yo my wifi router which is located right inside the door. The video quality is amazing. It quickly and effective shows when someone is near the door. I live on a pretty busy road and am pleased that it doesn't constantly set off the motion detector. Now onto the bad. I don't like that it doesn't save even for a short time any of my videos I less I pay more money. My last camera was cheaper and didn't charge me to save my videos.

The features of it canceling out cars etc is perfect if you live on a busy road like me. It has worked perfectly and I’ve had no issues. I love that it records even without the button being pushed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] SimpliSafe Pro Wi-Fi Video Doorbell I really like this video doorbell system. I found out it needs to be hard wired in but thats no problem to me. Now I can see who's at my door even when I'm not at home.

Bought this doorbell and they’ve even sent a replacement once. It’s always offline and then it just doesn’t work anymore. I’m not sure what the deal is. Getting through to tech support is a joke 15minute wait times and then they answer and hang up. I’ve also tried emailing. Super frustrating and I’m getting ready to spend more money for a ring system.

The picture is very clear and the video aspect of it flows smoothly. The sound takes a second to kick in but it also picks up well. I have gotten this doorbell to monitor my packages. I like that it has an app to control my device.
