I’ve always loved these walnuts, but lately, the bags I’ve gotten about a third of the walnuts in them are bad. I’ll continue a bit longer to see if they improve.

I’ve been buying these over the years and try to tolerate the subpar quality. They are rarely fresh, and sometimes rancid in which I will return for a different expiry date. There’s a reason why they are so cheap!

Great price. Nice to have on hand for baking. This is a large bag so be sure to store them in an air tight container and preferably in the freezer so they won't get rancid after opened.

I bought two bags since walnuts are a part of my husband's lunch each day. Normally these are fine, however both bags....$25 worth were awful tasting. A bad batch maybe? Old stock?

I bought these walnuts to use as an ingredient for recipes, but I also enjoy eating a handful for a snack. I like them a lot. They are a great price for this large quantity. They are another great tasting Member’s Mark brand food!

I guess these are okay. I just don't like walnuts as much as pecans I think. Make sure you toast them first because they really don't taste good by themselves.

I purchased these, and had them shipped to my 91 year old sister in Arkansas. I saw them earlier in my Sam's Club, looked them over carefully, and purchased a bag for myself because they looked like "new crop" walnuts. They have a "fresh" taste and smell. I have consumed over a pound of the walnuts from the bag that I purchased for myself, and there has been only a couple of reject kernels that I have encountered; I knew that my sister would enjoy the overall quality of the product.

Fresh and very high-quality English Walnuts. We bake a lot of items that use walnuts at the preferred nut addition. We ran short on walnuts recently and went to the local markets to pick up some for our baking needs. Talk about sticker shock! At the prices wanted for 3oz-5oz sized packages you would think they were made of silver or gold! Member's Mark Walnuts were so reasonable, we bought 2 bags and put them in the freezer (the only way for long-term storage). I highly recommend these walnuts!

I would give less than one star if I could! Husband Found a huge shell in my baked cookies and ruined 3 batches of cookies as I threw away for fear more smaller pieces could have broken off. Wasted all my ingredients and my husband almost broke a tooth. Called store and basically said would return nuts but who pays for all the wasted ingredients!!?!??

I purchased these online and when they came they were rancid. I returned them and was refunded/ I went to store and purchase them thinking that the heat had something to do with the freshness in delivery. The store walnuts were also rancid but not as strong as the online delivery.
