I tried all the different name brand, expensive probiotics. This one did the trick. I’ve been taking these consistently for several months and my GI doctor gave me a clean bill of health in terms of digestion.

Comparable to other quality probiotics I’ve used. I thought I’d like the individual wrapping…it is easier for when I’m traveling, but less convenient than bottled for at home use.

Since ALIGN is pretty expensive, my doctor told me generic is just as good. I'm only into about five pills now , so we'll see. I don't see any different so far.

Felt less hunger quite a bit more active & regulated bathroom visits & I was feeling like I was gonna have lady problems because of antibiotics & taking this stopped it I was thrilled added bonus!!!!

Wow this probiotic is great! Helps a lot with bloating I usually take it after my meal and it helps me feel good no bloating no gas takes it all out if you know what I mean

This is the only thing I found to keep my digestive plumbing working the way it should at a fairly reason able price. The only draw back is the bulky packaging.

This is the only probiotic I have used, so I really can’t compare it to Align or some of the others. It seems to work for me. I have been using it probably for about three year now.

We've been using this product for several years now but were quite disappointed to see that this latest batch no longer had the card individually enclosing a capsule for each day. This kept them quite fresh.

Probiotics are necessary to help feed the good bacteria in our gut. When the gut is supported and happy, our brain benefits also. Taking Probiotics isn't an option, it's a necessity for good balanced health.
