I got these to see if the work really well or not at all. I would say they look like the are like all the other ones out on the market and not sure if they work any better than them either. I would say not bad but not amazing!

Since ALIGN is pretty expensive, my doctor told me generic is just as good. I'm only into about five pills now , so we'll see. I don't see any different so far.

I take this daily and have been doing this for 18months. It really works especially since I became lactose intolerant. When I accidentally consume dairy it keeps my stomach together. And just in general helps me stay regular.
