Members Mark 10 Strain Probiotic

Only tried one each day for three days...and I had major diarrhea, stomach cramping and pain. This is definitely not for me. Fortunately Sams Club did allow me to return to rest for a full refund. I will use the digestive gummies or Phillips...never had any trouble with these. Thought I would try this...but no thank you...not for me.

When starting a new probiotic like 10 Strain Probiotic one may want to consult with a physician to see if starting with a dose every other day for the first week may help the body acclimate to the product.
