This product has the strain used in Align, plus others that have been the focus of recent studies and that have distinct benefits for different locations of your gut. It’s a great blend of probiotics, for a great price. I typically take one every other day, because of the potency of each pill.

Only tried one each day for three days...and I had major diarrhea, stomach cramping and pain. This is definitely not for me. Fortunately Sams Club did allow me to return to rest for a full refund. I will use the digestive gummies or Phillips...never had any trouble with these. Thought I would try this...but no thank you...not for me.
