I had these for about a month now. I see a difference in my skin when I take these, but unfortunately unlike another brand of probiotics I take these seem to make me feel dizzy. They don’t seem to have the same effect on my husband, but keep that in mind if you start to feel dizzy or nauseous.

I took it for about a week before it seemed to be regulate my system. I took it for two weeks total before going out of town and forgetting it back home. I fully expected to be very constipated by the time I came home but I wasn't, for probably the first time ever I had been completely regular for the days I was away from home without the help of anything. So when I got back home I decided to see how long it would take to wear off. Well it's been two weeks and I still haven't taken another pill and I'm still completely regular! It's probably too much to ask that maybe I'm "fixed" and I won't have constipation anymore but I will say that I now know that to fix constipation long term instead of one day at a time I will be taking this. I don't know yet how often, if ever again, I will have to take it again. but if I ever do get constipated again it will be the first probiotic I turn to. I was a little gassy for a few hours after taking each pill but that's a small price to pay for the relief it gave me.

I have been taking probiotics for a few years now. I've tried different kinds with varying results. I used to use Align but I like this Members Mark 10 strain probiotic as much if not more than Align. When I am consistent using my probiotics daily, I have great results. I have fewer issues with bloating, constipation and just that bad tummy feel.

I have never tried a product like this and don't know the science behind it but i tried them for a few weeks and didn't notice very significant changes. If I had to guess, maybe a slight reduction in diarrhea, which is why i wanted to try them. For some reason i was noticing diarrhea around 2-3x a week and now i would say it has reduced to 1-2 times. I have the mindset they probably wouldn't hurt, but i probably won't regularly buy them. Hard to objectively judge without strict data collection in my opinion.

The only reason I didn't give it all 5 stars is because it wasn't totally easy to "go down" when swallowing. Even drinking before hand it still seemed to get "stuck" . It was like a choking feeling but you could feel it go down. I got these because I work within the school system and come the colder days, everyone seems to get sick. I wanted to do whatever I could to prevent me from getting sick. It's been almost 2 months and luckily I have not been sick!. Will be ordering more.
