I just wish they came in a bottle instead of the foil wrapping.

Bottom line, I have no idea if taking probiotics on a daily basis works or not. Sure, everyone is saying it helps, but I also know that sometimes (most times?) your body will tell you what it needs. I think that is what I think cravings are, but hey, I am no doctor nor do I play one on tv so what do I know? I am just covering myself and taking these to stay as healthy as I can be. I have been using probiotics for a few years now (used to take the expensive Align brand) and while I have never "felt" any different, and feel no difference in this brand and the costly one, I haven't felt worse either so maybe somethings working. Haha. I say if you are going to take this stuff, probiotics, why not get the most bang for your buck and go this route?

My wife has digestive issues so she is the one who tested this product. Overall, she said it is one of the better probiotic products that she has tried. She took it with food and she noticed that after several days of taking these probiotics, there was an improvement in her digestive system after eating. It didn't cure her stomach, but it made certain foods less hard on her stomach.

Due to numerous bowel obstructions, gastroparesis & prophylactic antibiotics, I have a lot of built up gas & bloating. These help me tremendously. You want to make sure that nothing else is wrong first & you get your doctor's blessing. Recent studies say that probiotics aren't effective, but I am proof that they are wrong!

The only reason I didn't give it all 5 stars is because it wasn't totally easy to "go down" when swallowing. Even drinking before hand it still seemed to get "stuck" . It was like a choking feeling but you could feel it go down. I got these because I work within the school system and come the colder days, everyone seems to get sick. I wanted to do whatever I could to prevent me from getting sick. It's been almost 2 months and luckily I have not been sick!. Will be ordering more.
