I had to take some rough antibiotics and, eager to combat those annoying side effects, was grateful to find these. These are easy to swallow and easy to split apart if say, you’d like to add them to a smoothie or protein drink. You only need one a day and they don’t even have to be taken with food. Watch out for young children though, the lid is very easy to open.

Get a better delivery service. Fedex said my package was delivered but i couldnt find it. I posted a note to the neighborhood. The weather was over 100 and there were meds in the order. I finally found it sitting on unoccupied neighbors steps. Both houses clearly have house numbers posted. Wrote to fedex no reply. You need a more dependable delivery service.

Great price for the amount and quality that you receive. I have tried many different types and brands of probiotics and I would say this is top 5 - and then factor in the affordability definitely takes it home because probiotics can be expensive.if you on the fence give it a try you will not be disappointed.

Have been taking this brand of probiotic for several years and attribute it to improved gut health. Must take 1 capsule daily. Showed box listing contents to two of my docs and both approved for me to take. It is cheaper than the well known, nationally advertised brand and occasionally goes on sale, as well.

No weird taste or smell. And there’s no strange aftertaste. I’ve had other probiotics where you will burp them and regret taking them almost immediately. These are not like that. Just follow the directions and if you’re not comfortable with it, talk to your doctor.
