I am familiar with this product so have no issues with it. However! The delivery person walked up to my house with the six separate boxes in her arms. No way to contain the separate boxes. These are slippery boxes and she just dumped them into my arms. I had trouble holding on to them. This is beyond unacceptable. I expected far more from Sam's.

No weird taste or smell. And there’s no strange aftertaste. I’ve had other probiotics where you will burp them and regret taking them almost immediately. These are not like that. Just follow the directions and if you’re not comfortable with it, talk to your doctor.

The only reason I didn't give it all 5 stars is because it wasn't totally easy to "go down" when swallowing. Even drinking before hand it still seemed to get "stuck" . It was like a choking feeling but you could feel it go down. I got these because I work within the school system and come the colder days, everyone seems to get sick. I wanted to do whatever I could to prevent me from getting sick. It's been almost 2 months and luckily I have not been sick!. Will be ordering more.

Bottom line, I have no idea if taking probiotics on a daily basis works or not. Sure, everyone is saying it helps, but I also know that sometimes (most times?) your body will tell you what it needs. I think that is what I think cravings are, but hey, I am no doctor nor do I play one on tv so what do I know? I am just covering myself and taking these to stay as healthy as I can be. I have been using probiotics for a few years now (used to take the expensive Align brand) and while I have never "felt" any different, and feel no difference in this brand and the costly one, I haven't felt worse either so maybe somethings working. Haha. I say if you are going to take this stuff, probiotics, why not get the most bang for your buck and go this route?
