I have been taking this product for 3 months and it does what it’s supposed to do. My body digests it easily with no bad side effects and no bad after taste. It has improved my daily digestive process and is keeping my gut healthy and happy. These seem to be good quality and are very easy to swallow. I would recommend this product if you’re looking for positive changes for your gut health and digestive process.

This probiotic is comparable to many others on the market. After using for a few weeks, it seems to work as well or better than other probiotics I've used in the past. This does have more strains and more live cells than other competing brands, at a lower price point which is nice. No complaints with this product.

This does nothing compared to the actual Align brand. I tried to return it after a week of giving it a try and having noticed it does nothing like the align but since it comes in an odd box attached to a card board I had thrown that away and the store did not allow me to return it. Total waste of money. I ended up buying the actual brand which is totally awesome. Save yourself the money and buy the real brand

This probiotic supplement is a great product for your money! The bottle includes 84 medium sized capsules that are extremely easy to swallow. The capsule can also be opened and sprinkled on your food! I have been taking this supplement for a few weeks now to help increase my gut health. I started taking it before flu season to help boost my immune system. My entire family has been sick, I had the cold too but not nearly as bad as everyone else. I call that a win!

I had these for about a month now. I see a difference in my skin when I take these, but unfortunately unlike another brand of probiotics I take these seem to make me feel dizzy. They don’t seem to have the same effect on my husband, but keep that in mind if you start to feel dizzy or nauseous.

These pills are wonderful for regular bowl movements. They do not taste like anything so you do not get a weird taste in your mouth and have saved me time and troubles in the bathroom. I will continue taking these for a while to enjoy the benefits.
