This bag was part of a pickup order. So I didn’t get to inspect it before I got home an hour away from the store. Really disappointed with this bag of pecans. The pecans were really dark and I had to pick thru them to find some to cook with. I tried to bake using them in a couple of recipes and there were so many pecans that had a rotten taste that I had to throw the food away. I wasted money on this bag.

I always buy Member's Mark Natural Pecan Halves for special Family recipe's year round. A wonderful treat is Delicious Apple's peeled and cut into small triangles, canned Crushed Pineapple in Juice, The Juice of one Orange and one Lemon, a cup or two of broken in half Member's Mark Natural Pecan Halves. Sweeten to taste. This is a Thanksgiving favorite served with the Turkey. We always had a delicious Pecan Pie for dessert. I've been buying my pecan's from Sam's Club for years and have always used them for recipe's and snacking too. They are affordable and delicious!!!

According to the package the product should be pecan halfs. Almost 1/3 of the pecans were small bits and crumbles and not suitable for my use. Although the pecan taste and texture were good. Please inspect the package before opening. As you would expect some should have been broken due to shipping but I think this order was excessive,

I grew up on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, and as a child, I picked pecans from the numerous trees on my grandfather's land. So, I know good pecans when I taste them. We eat them daily for nutrition. However, I use them for baking oatmeal cookies with cranberries and pecans, and they are great in brownies, and salads too.

The bag containing the nuts was sliced across the center, and many of the nuts had fallen out the quality of the pecans was good, but only had a little more than half a bag. The cut was probably made by a carton-opening knife, and should have been spotted by the person packing my order.

I purchased these nuts to bake pecan pies. I was very disappointed because many of them are dark and dry. They are ok if they are going to be used in baked goods . However, if you need nuts for garnishing cakes or other deserts, these are not the ones to purchase.

I buy these all the time. I’m so thankful to have these pecan halves available to me. I am always baking pecan bars throughout the year. They are a huge hit with everyone. I don’t really use them for anything else but I probably use a dozen packages a year or more. I have other people send them to me, too.

These are good. Every once in a while there will be a bad one in there but I figure that's just the nature of pecans. They have a good flavor. They are good if you're going to chop them up or a eat them out of hand but not the prettiest if you want to use them as decorations on a dessert.

These are the only pecans I use. I make about 25 pecan pies at Christmas and these pecans are the only ones I use. I was disappointed that my local Sam’s did not have them in stock two weeks in a row. In my opinion and I have experience in the grocery business that they probably had an overstock of walnuts and were trying to push them on people. I’m glad I thought about looking online. I ordered and received them in 2 days

I love the option my Sam's Plus membership offers like online shopping with free delivery. Easy, simple, efficient. I love going to the stores but it's a bit of a drive and being able to buy products like these pecans is such a plus (no pun intended). My wife needed these as a key ingredient for one of the cookie types in her annual mega batch she makes, and time was of the utmost importance. The pecans arrived quickly and were well-packaged with no damage! The pecans and the cookies were perfect!
