These pecan halves are always fresh, and in excellent condition. The package has a recipe for oven Toasted Pecans, which makes an excellent snack in addition to being a great holiday gift.

My wife loves pecans, but she doesn't like them salted. These are perfect for her! They're shelled and 95%+ halves. They are unsalted and fresh. The 2 lb bag is a great bargain for the price.

I love the pecan halves from Sam’s. They are super fresh and we use them in a lot of different dishes, especially the blueberry, banana pancakes. I prefer the pieces to the whole or halves because I always end up chopping them into pieces for everything. Very good pecans. Definitely top quality.

Always a GO-TO for quality and quantity in every well packed bag. Great for snacking. As a family we remove whatever amount of Pecans that we desire and fold out or remove the air in the bag before we reseal the bag to maintain freshness over time. Just a pet peeve that we have to save and maintain freshness. Been consuming this pecan product for possibly over 3 decades.

These pecans are very good, they are nice 1/2 shelled pieces, with very few broken or small pieces. They are nice and moist with a crisp chrunch, very fresh. I perfer these shelled pecans ,so much easier than shelling by hand and having to cull out poor quality ones. These are the way to go saving a lot of time and frustration. Highly recommend.

Fresh and very few small pieces, pecan halves for eating, making pecan pie or any other bakery product needing pecans. The freeze well and taste great.

Wife purchases these for baking. I'm glad she does, even though I don't eat baked goods because I like them straight from the bag. Fresh tasting. Perfect for baking and roasting.

Pecans need to be more fresh

The pecans that you have had under this brand name are not as good as the ones that were from the other brand. Each bag I have purchased has had quite a few bad (shriveled, dried-up, or black) pecans in it.

I am on a low carb diet & eat a lot of pecans. The last couple of bags of these pecans tasted old and a lot of them were shriveled up & clearly looked old. I bought a bag from Sam’s competitor and put a handful of each of them side by side. The others were plump, not shriveled, & tasted WAY better than the Sam’s. I’m disappointed bc the others cost more but I won’t be buying pecans from Sam’s anymore.
