Ordered pecans because we love them….delivered to my door, left on porch as directed. Great service. Loved it! So much I was going to place another order then realized my cat food is not included…I have to pay to get it delivered….sad…pet supplies were main reason for buying plus.

Member's Mark Natural Pecan Halves were obviously old. They did not have a good "bite" to them. They were shy of being rubbery. This was the first time I have received a product from Sams Club that was not top notch. I received them in the summer. I will try them again, but probably no later than Spring which should put them closer in season.

bought some several years ago at SHreveport Sam's and they were terrible and stale. Thought I would try again and this time 2018 they were fresh and I toasted them with a little butter. Not as plump as local Texas pecans but for the price jand what I use for excelletn.Did put in freezer until used(IT WAS A MONTH BEFORE i GOT AROUND TO USING THEM]

Pecans are a staple in my house. Being able to buy them in bulk at a reasonable price, is a bonus. Baking, salads or just snacking, so many ways to use them. And I give pecans as gifts to my baking and candy making friends , it helps them donate to bake and candy sales as fund raisers for a schools, volunteer fire departments, etc.

After thorough research these were the best price per pound I could find. Took the chance and they are delicious. We use pecan on a daily basis. On waffles, pancakes, in chicken salad, on yogurt and just by themselves as a snack. I searched online to find a larger size than we had been getting at our local mart. These were twice as much for the same price. I ordered one package and order 2 this time. They are large and so fresh. The bag is close able and have stayed fresh.

They were a bit stale, this is very unusual, as I have purchased them many times so I made cinnamon sugar pecans out of the and my husband ate them any way, he said being cooked in the oven took the stale taste out...lol men will eat almost anything.

The bag containing the nuts was sliced across the center, and many of the nuts had fallen out the quality of the pecans was good, but only had a little more than half a bag. The cut was probably made by a carton-opening knife, and should have been spotted by the person packing my order.

These are 'natural', not organic. It is important to be aware of the FDA and their definitions because in the food industry, it's about making the food as attractive as possible, by any means necessary. I would prefer organic, but these will have to do for now.

Sam's has the best pecans. They're always big, fresh and full pieces. I toss mine in melted butter, add sea salt and bake at 375 for 5 minutes, give a toss and 5 more minutes. I store in an airtight container in the fridge. I keep a 1/4c measuring scoop to keep the calories/portion in check. Sam's price on them fits my budget. Perfect for salads, with cheese & salami, or to curb hunger.

I bought this for my children as a treat, but found that when they ate it raw out of the bag it gave them tummy upset. I found out that you can soak them for about a day in water and then hydrate them. After you finish dehydrating them in a dehydrator, bake them in the oven with maple syrup. They taste absolutely wonderful! Very easy to digest after preparing this way!
