They are very comfortable and fit the entire length of the panty. I do like the ease of placing them on and that they do not slip or move through the night.

package arrived with poorly placed tape and box looked vandalized. Surprisingly, items inside were in perfect condition. Delivery man, is amazing, but a lot has to be said about how company tapes and prepares items for delivery. I haven't used the pads yet, and will write another review, when I do.

First of all these pads are Huge, they are sure to cover you from front to back throughout the night. They are comfortable to sleep in and although they are clearly thick I feel that definitely adds to the comfort level knowing you will be leak free while you sleep.
