It is the highest absorbency, #6, so I can sleep better through the night, knowing that I am protected. They fit very comfortably and surprisingly not as thick as others for being so absorbent! I highly recommend.

This is the best thing for shark week. The price seems steep until you realize the quantity that you receive. The box is loaded with package after package of pads. They are thick and heavy duty. Marketed for overnight bladder protection but we use them for shark times and they work great for this purpose. If you hate flimsy thin pads, these thick ones are for you! You will save so much time not having to return to the store for emergencies because one box of these yields several packages and each pack lasts a long time. Depending on how many ladies you have living in your household (we have 2) one box can last 6 months to nearly a year. I highly recommend this product and it is the only thing I buy for this purpose anymore.

They are shaped wider in the back, so I think they probably work best for back sleepers. I like the way they are shaped thinner in the middle, which lessens the bulk and makes them more comfortable. I wish the adhesive was stronger, occasionally I have experienced some shifting.

It is hard to find an overnight pad that stays in place and is comfortable at the same time. These pads are both of these things. I was also happy that I didn't have to get up in the middle of the night to change it.
