I had been buying Members Mark Maximum Absorpency for several years. I have to wear them 24/7 and they no longer did the job so I switched to the Overnight Pads. They are wider and longer and hold more. I feel more comfortable with the Overnight Pads and the price is reasonable. Sam's offers free shipping which is convenient for me.

They haven't been AVAILABLE from your website or store in over 2 months. Tried other brands & found ALL to be either inadequate for large flow or very sticky to the body [Always]. Was really getting worried that you had discontinued them. THESE ARE GREAT!! FITS UNUSUAL CIRCUMSTANCES & COMFORTABLE !!! PLEASE DO NOT EVER STOP offering them.!!!! PAT

I don't get all the negative reviews. These are the best overnight pads around. Equal to Poise & Tena which are a lot more money. I like the back of the pad. It is much wider than the front. The adhesive is very sticky. Great for adhering to your underwear. I will be purchasing these again & again. Thanks Sam's for having such a great product. I would recommend these to friends for bladder protection.

I love Member's Mark brand incontinence products and have bought their standard pads many times - this was my first time buying the overnight pads. Besides being reliably constant in quality and performance, they are just so soft and flexible. COVID limited options and for awhile I had to buy the leading brand and they were stiff and uncomfortable. This overnight pad is plentiful in size and so, so comfortable. It gives me the assurance of no leaks during the overnight hours, or trips to the bathroom when the bladder is full. They also control odor very, very well. This size has also made some activities more accessible - like long hikes, or playing with my grandchildren.

Excellent protection, comfortable, super absorbent, don't irritate the skin, I sleep with peace of mind that nothing will transfer to my bed sheets. By the way it won't move anywhere once you fixed it in your panties. It will stick very well and won't leave any residue behind when removed. It also offers extra security during the day on the heavy flow days and is would be totally unnoticeable if you are wearing a dress. Also with the bulk buying at a very good price I can forget about getting restocked for months. Even though it's an oversized pad, it is flat enough to fit in every where. I like very much they come individually wrapped in a soft material that can be reused to wrap the pad around before discard it. I'm very satisfied. Thank you

I used Only Poise for years. So expensive but best since could find. Had to save and print coupons, and wait for sales to combine savings to afford. On top that, the quality was was heading south! Was searching for something different. Tried Sams Club and was surprised! These are Cheaper and better than Poise!

The wife and I both loves these. We use the bottom as the top since the bottom is wider than the top. This is wider and more absorbent than any brand of male pads I have tried. The wife says it is as absorbent as any brand that she has tried and at a better price.

Always useful no matter what age, keep a few in vehicles in case of emergency cause the can easily be used as a bandage for wounds. I use them 'just in case' I can't make it to the bathroom in time since I use a walker/cane for immobility. I should have gotten the 192 pkg but have always jut gotten the 'puple' pkg which USED to be 192, you've repackaged 192 to a different color cause I have a wrapper from last order vs this order and the quanity has been changed but I can't affod to ship these back to get the correct ones...so will just use these and pay atttention to the quanity rather than the color of packaging which 192 has been in purple for YEARS.

These pads are much wider (5" at its widest) than Always or Poise (A/P) and the margin of the plastic backing is much wider too (3/4 inch) so there is no leakage past that margin (as I've experienced with A/P). As far as I can tell it absorbs more than A/P. I use these as liners for dog diapers so I have to trim them for length and for a hole for the tail. I deducted one star as the filler appears to be some kind of cotton that sheds a small amount of filler when cut so I trim them outdoors. The A/P filler is different and doesn't shed.

These are very nice size wise, I bought them for my mothers diapers. I highly recommend they are nice and thick. Thee only thing that wish were different is the sticky strip would hold better, otherwise they are even thicker then poise over nights and cost a lot less! I will definitely buy these again!!
