Ever since I've become incontinent I've tried many pads and was hoping this was the one that would work well, but when I do flow the liquid is not captured quick enough and my underwear gets wet. It is too narrow, but is long enough. If they fix the narrowness problem this would be a great pad.

Ive purchased these pads many times and use them daily. They have always been a value as far as price and quality. It does seem that the last case i got didnt seem as absorbent as they previously had been. I do really like them and will continue to purchase.

Wish they would make these extra wide all the way ... not just at the back. Side leakage in the center section is a problem. Only other flaw is that the adhesive needs to go all the way to the edges. The half inch or so of plain paper surrounding the pad is useless, causes leaks, and can bend under and be uncomfortable.

They seem to be "kind of" absorbent but not meant to be overnight. On an absorbency scale of 1-10 I would say a 3-4 (light incontinence). It is difficult to find an "actual pad" that is long (over 20 inches), contoured, and flares out at both ends. I was hoping these would be more absorbent than the others, but are not, just my opinion, as there is no product out there that meets everyone's needs. We all have different shapes, preferences, and budgets.

We have a dog that leaks. He wears a wrap and these are used as a liner.

I wear those day and night. I have a very bad bladder problem and they do help. Keep me dry.

They have changed in the last two months and are terrible. I will look for a different product.

Best I've found and a reasonable value.

For overnight use they would be great. I wanted for daytime and didnt pay attention, so they are a bit like wearing a diaper. That's on me.

Product does a great job for overnight use. Comfortable, and designed to stay in place using strong glue strip.
