OK, apparently late to the game with the changed pads. First warning should have been 72 fewer pads for only slightly less in price. Alright, I understand we are facing inflation so I gave these a try. Second - even with the lower count I'd have bitten the bullet and kept on buying these but I have not managed to get through half the FIRST box. The fit is AWFUL, chafing on the sides and (sorry) bottom of the butt. There is literally no way to put this pad on so it does not show through underwear and pants on your butt. You never should have changed suppliers or manufacturers - I'd have remained a customer even with the lower count if the design and fit were the same

Ive purchased these pads many times and use them daily. They have always been a value as far as price and quality. It does seem that the last case i got didnt seem as absorbent as they previously had been. I do really like them and will continue to purchase.

I have used these for years. I bought a about 2 boxes last summer, and I just went through them. They were excellent. I just ordered a box a week ago and they are totally different from the ones you used to sell. They are not as sturdy, good ordor protectors and tear easily. I will not be purchasing these anymore.

These pads used to work for me but lately it seems the urine just runs over the pads instead of absorbing it.

This brand is not absorbent like the POISE pads. These pads leak from the center of the pad . Very disappointed in the brand.

I have been buying these for a few years and they WERE fantastic! Over the past year they have gotten thinner and thinner. Sam's Club, do you think we wouldn't notice? They bunch up and leak now. What is the point of poor quality? We get that it is about the bottom line. Just add a dollar and go back to the quality product that you used to make.

They seem to be "kind of" absorbent but not meant to be overnight. On an absorbency scale of 1-10 I would say a 3-4 (light incontinence). It is difficult to find an "actual pad" that is long (over 20 inches), contoured, and flares out at both ends. I was hoping these would be more absorbent than the others, but are not, just my opinion, as there is no product out there that meets everyone's needs. We all have different shapes, preferences, and budgets.

Wish they would make these extra wide all the way ... not just at the back. Side leakage in the center section is a problem. Only other flaw is that the adhesive needs to go all the way to the edges. The half inch or so of plain paper surrounding the pad is useless, causes leaks, and can bend under and be uncomfortable.

These are my favorite incontinence pads, as I can not control my bladder well any more. I also wear the wider part in the front to prevent leaks. The last purchase I recieved the overnight pads instead of these and was not happy about it. These are not as absorbent as they were two years ago. Rating 4.5

Ever since I've become incontinent I've tried many pads and was hoping this was the one that would work well, but when I do flow the liquid is not captured quick enough and my underwear gets wet. It is too narrow, but is long enough. If they fix the narrowness problem this would be a great pad.
