I can’t say enough about these pads. After orthopedic surgery I found my self needing pads. I’ve tried so many for nighttime and these by far do the job best.

Been buying this product about a year. Good for daytime, but overnight needs thicker padding and wider coverage. Leaky at times, dependingon overnight needs.

Way too thick. I wear paper underpants and use the maximum flow thin pads as extra assurance. I had no idea these would be this big. I feel like I am wearing a board. I will not purchase again. I don't know what to do with the 3 unopened packages.

I have been using these for years and they have definitely gone downhill. They are not as absorbent as they used to be and I am extremely disappointed.

I buy this for my aunt and she uses this at night time to protect from getting the bed wet.? This liner is used as an additional protection along with the bed liner already in placed. Excellent quality.

I have been buying these ;for a number of years now they are the best pads soft and absorbent.I highly recommend these pads and the price is better than in the stores. Don't hesitate to buy these pads they are the best on the market.

I would have given this purchase 5 stars, but the adhesive is so strong that it destroys the fabric of my undergarments. Otherwise the pads would earn a solid 5 stars.

Excellent for women who need that extra protection at night, due to feminine issues (heavy flow) or incontinence. Super absorbent and long, which helps prevent any over flow. Highly recommend for any woman needing absorbent hygiene products.

I have tried so many incontinent products but none compare to this product. I have found others interiors clump into balls the size of golf balls. When I am incontinent, Sam’s Club product remains in tact and no urine passes through.

The pad falls apart and the absorbent beads end up all over the place. This pad type looks like the older version. They had one after this that was way better. That version unwrapped in one piece. The outer wrapper was attached to the paper that covered the adhesive part. Don’t know why they went back to the older style. There was nothing wrong with the newer one.
