The pads have changed and are not as absorbent as they once were

They have changed in the last two months and are terrible. I will look for a different product.

I wear those day and night. I have a very bad bladder problem and they do help. Keep me dry.

I had these before but went back to the ultimate regular pads. Then decided maybe these would give better protection. They had gotten worse since my other purchase. The long design s great but the center is so thin they leak at the sides. I am going through these quicker and more clothes changes. Disappointing sp trying some others again.

For overnight use they would be great. I wanted for daytime and didnt pay attention, so they are a bit like wearing a diaper. That's on me.

Product does a great job for overnight use. Comfortable, and designed to stay in place using strong glue strip.

First of all these pads are Huge, they are sure to cover you from front to back throughout the night. They are comfortable to sleep in and although they are clearly thick I feel that definitely adds to the comfort level knowing you will be leak free while you sleep. They work really great and if you have a heavy flow these are definitely worth trying.

They are very thick so I can’t imagine sleeping overnight in these being comfortable. On the other hand, you would never have any leaks with these, they are full coverage.
