I have some female issues that I experienced at night and I searched all over to find the right pads to address my issues and these pads are the perfect fit for me. They're super absorbent and comfortable. I would say that the biggest plus is that they stay in place without falling off or sliding around.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Member's Mark Overnight Pads. They are very absorbant. The only problem I found with them was the size of the pad. It is very large. It is not very discreet. I would only use them at night not during the day because of their size. It would be great if they were smaller, not as thick or long. Thank you for letting me try them.

They are shaped wider in the back, so I think they probably work best for back sleepers. I like the way they are shaped thinner in the middle, which lessens the bulk and makes them more comfortable. I wish the adhesive was stronger, occasionally I have experienced some shifting.

I've been using these since April 2020 and I won't go without them ! I thought they might be too large at first but when it came to the time that I couldn't get to a restroom in time !!! I was sure glad to have it ... So, better safe than sorry !

Is this item a replacement for the Ultimate Womens Long pad 108 count to a box? I am going to try them daytime maybe with wide part in front for absorbency? Will post an update with my results. BUT in the interim would love to hear from Sams as to ifthis is going to be a replacement for Ultimate Long 108 to a box
