That's when I decided to get a package of Member's Mark Total Protection Overnight Pad for Women, each pad is comfortable, does not shift, and provides protection throughout the night. I am also pleased that it comes in a 120 count, so I am covered for four months at a time.

There is extra wide coverage in the back for even more leakage protection right where it’s needed. They also have odor protection and the material of the pad absorbs liquid quickly, keeping it away from your skin, preventing any skin irritation or chafing. All in all a great product.

This is the best thing for shark week. The price seems steep until you realize the quantity that you receive. The box is loaded with package after package of pads. They are thick and heavy duty. Marketed for overnight bladder protection but we use them for shark times and they work great for this purpose. If you hate flimsy thin pads, these thick ones are for you! You will save so much time not having to return to the store for emergencies because one box of these yields several packages and each pack lasts a long time. Depending on how many ladies you have living in your household (we have 2) one box can last 6 months to nearly a year. I highly recommend this product and it is the only thing I buy for this purpose anymore.

There is a top sheet for sensitive skin, and this is a great feature. I have ultimate absorbency. This is a great quality product. I would recommend them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mother is in her mid 80's and she refuses to wear adult diapers, which wouldn't be an issue if not for her inability to control her bladder until she reaches the bathroom. I knew that Member's Mark had a very good reputation when it comes to incontinence products, so I talked my mother into trying these Member's Mark Total Protection Overnight Pads. I am happy to say that she Loves them! The pads are 13" long, with the front end of the pad being 3 1/2" wide, while the back end of the pad tapers out to a width of 5 1/4", offering better protection when she is sleeping. They are individually packaged and feature a 2 1/2" wide adhesive strip along the underside, to assure they stay well secured throughout the night. These pads feature a super absorbent Dri-Fit hypoallergenic fiber blend core that wicks urine away from her skin. She especially appreciates the Odor Guard technology that Member's Mark has incorporated into the core of these pads. It's one thing to accidentally wet herself during the night, but waking up smelling like urine is unacceptable for both her & my stepdad. The surface of the pad is enhanced cotton, which reduces friction & helps to prevent chafing. There is a 3/4 inch cotton fiber edging with water resistant backing around the entire pad. The middle portion of this edging is gathered with an elastic stitching, which allows the pad to conform to her body, thereby preventing any urine from leaking onto her inner thighs. My mom is so grateful that Maker's Mark offers her a high quality, well designed alternative to sleeping in adult diapers. Highly Recommend!
