This Total Protection overnight pad has the ultimate absorbency so it is quite long and very thick. I'm sure it would absorb a lot plus keep you dry. I thought that this big pad would be too uncomfortable to wear overnight but it really didn't bother me. I had no problem with these pads even though they're a lot bigger than I normally would use.
