I ordered these from Sam's because I thought they'd be similar to the Always Discreet pads that I use. The absorbancy is not as good. Left with feeling moist. The odor from used ones is annoying. I can't leave them in the trash because of the urine odor. I don't have that with the Always brand. As soon as I use up these pads, I'll return to the Always brand. You get what you pay for.

They are very comfortable and fit the entire length of the panty. I do like the ease of placing them on and that they do not slip or move through the night.

Is this item a replacement for the Ultimate Womens Long pad 108 count to a box? I am going to try them daytime maybe with wide part in front for absorbency? Will post an update with my results. BUT in the interim would love to hear from Sams as to ifthis is going to be a replacement for Ultimate Long 108 to a box

I decided to try the Members Mark Total Protection Overnight Pads for women. These have made my nighttime’s much easier. Easier to wear and use. Very absorbent. I highly recommend.
