[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Member's Mark Total Protection Overnight Pads are so much more comfortable than any overnight underwear. I can wear my regular panties with the Member's Mark Pad and I don't have to worry about accidents. This pad has a wide back that will catch even the biggest leaks. About all overnight underwear that I've tried has made me sweat because the panty part is made of some kind of plastic.

I purchased these about a month ago because I was getting low on my pads. Normally I buy the Poise brand but they were out of stock so I purchased the Members Mark brand to try out. I really like the MembersMark brand because they are thicker than the Poise brand. The sticky tape also is way better than Poises brand in holding the pad in place. The Poise pads would always shift on me because the tape wasn't very adhesive. Leakage onto my underwear has not been a problem for me as of yet so the Members Mark brand has been working as far as that aspect of absorption, really well. Thank-you Sam's Club.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the “Member's Mark Total Protection Overnight Pad for Women” for about a week now. I have an over active bladder and it never fails in the middle of the night, the moment hits without warning. These are really nice for those times when you have to hurry and run downstairs. Great because of the super absorbency and they are odor free too. Makes for less time in clean up and getting back to bed. It takes a little time getting use to wearing as they are very thick, but a blessing when accidents happen.

I ordered these from Sam's because I thought they'd be similar to the Always Discreet pads that I use. The absorbancy is not as good. Left with feeling moist. The odor from used ones is annoying. I can't leave them in the trash because of the urine odor. I don't have that with the Always brand. As soon as I use up these pads, I'll return to the Always brand. You get what you pay for.
