I am able to rest through the night without getting up to make changes. They are comfortable and easy wear. I do not have worries when wearing this.

Have used these for several years and they don't seem as absorbent as they used to. Have started to experience leakage along the sides while the center stays relatively dry. Also, have developed an irritation from the pleating on the sides that I did not have in the past similar to that with the material in Always brand. Have had to start covering the pleating.

It is hard to find an overnight pad that stays in place and is comfortable at the same time. These pads are both of these things. I was also happy that I didn't have to get up in the middle of the night to change it.

The pads are absorbent and performed even better than I expected. The way the pad has extra length in the back for better coverage when sleeping was an especially useful feature and the soft layer that goes next to the skin stayed dry.
